Horrible experience from room accommodations to unhelpful, inappropriate staff members. First of all, the room that we reserved was not the one that we received. I was told by the reception desk that the type of room that we reserved and paid for in advance was not a option that the hotel provides and that Expedia misrepresented the room. The hotel was fully booked that evening and they were unable to provide any changes and said that I should take it up with Expedia. Funny enough when I looked on the hotel's website I found the same exact room that I booked thru Expedia advertised as an option to reserve. So how does that work? The unprofessional interactions with several staff members is what prompted me to write this review. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that there was not one available, but they were communicating with the manager via phone. Never did I get an apology for the inconvenience and in fact I was told that this was all Expedia's fault/problem and that I should never book reservations through Expedia or other third party sites because they often result in problems for the hotel. Fortunately, I did contact Expedia and they did everything they could to make the unfortunate circumstances better. I'm thankful that I used Expedia. I booked the room at this hotel based on the previous reviews provided, but I would strongly recommend not booking at this hotel!

I was told at check-in I was being "upgraded" and given two queen beds. I am staying here alone so that's a downgrade from a king bed as one person. The bathroom smells and looks unclean. It's gross. The wine was unbelievably overpriced. It was the cost of a bottle of wine for one glass. Frankly not acceptable for a stay.

We chose this hotel solely because it had a hot tub. …Hot tub was drained/closed. Kids enjoyed pool though. Upon check-in, something happened with the credit card process for incidentals and my card ended up being charged twice, once by Expedia, once by Courtyard. Had to call Expedia to get things corrected, which they did - but was frustrating. Pillows were awful - maybe I’m just getting old. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

At check-in the employees were super. At check out I had to wait almost ten minutes for an employee to come to the counter, after I called out to ask if anyone was working. The room was comfortable and mostly clean.

BRING SNACKS AND DRINKS
$4.50 for 1 bag on microwave popcorn, $4 candy bars, $4-$6 drinks soft drinks, so bring snacks and water! Ridiculous this is noblesville not Vegas. Bar wasn’t stocked, breakfast isn’t free Clean! Pool was good! Nice location but I just can’t get over the popcorn price! Right?

Our room was on the top floor at the end of the hall so it afforded me and my two preteen granddaughters a little more access to be kids together and hopefully not bother too many guests. We were disappointed when we went to swim to find out the hot tub was not in order seeing as how I especially booked this hotel because they advertised a hot tub. Then after being in the pool after awhile we realized that our swim suits had faded because of the high level of Chlorine in the water. One of my granddaughters can have sensitive skin which with the high levels of chlorine I believe “burned” her eyes and delicate skin under her eyes on her face. Once showered after swimming my granddaughters hair felt like straw and my skin was soooo dry I had to keep applying lotion just to feel comfortable.

Our room was wonderful. I didnt care for the sofa bed. The bar down the middle was hurting my back. Also the light above the sick went out. I did not have a tv guide to tell me channels. The room was very comfy, and the services were spot on. The room was close by lots of retail and resturants. I will be back. Thank you front desk team for everything you do.

I liked the fact that it wasn't far from the concert venue we went to. The room was big, clean and nice I do however feel that it needed more parking and USB outlets in the rooms.

When we checked in, the hotel couldn’t accommodate us. They took our reservation, but they couldn’t HOLD the reservation, which is the most important part of the reservation, the HOLDING. The front desk said that they emailed us of the change, but that was 20 minutes prior to check-in. It would have been better if we got a little more notice. They sent us 12 minutes down the road to another hotel that was much worse. To make matters worse, we were charged for both stays. I called them to notify of the double charge, and I was told that within 2-4 business days, the stay at Courtyard will be taken off. It’s been a week, and the charge is still on my account so it looks like I’ll need to call back again. What a pain in the ass. Courtyard by Marriott just went way down in my book.

There was a large stain on the carpet, the shower curtain was very dirty, there was a hair on my towel and it had stains on it as well. Overall the property was clean, the gentlemen at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

We booked ahead of time and had to wait 4 hrs for our room and we got a double queen suite which was pretty pricy. After 4hrs the front desk lady took a double look and someone else somehow took our room. The reason for our such a long wait. I had to get dressed and ready in my car for the event we was going too and by the time we got the keys to the room we didn’t even get to see the room due to it was time to leave. We finally got to see the room by almost midnight. I was told I was going to be refunded and I hope they keep there word cuz it’s not on my bank statement yet.

Stayed for a concert at Ruoff Music Center. Did not spend a ton of time at the hotel but upon check in the staff was very friendly. Facility was clean. Rooms were nice, with very comfortable beds. Would stay again for certain.

Our bathroom had hair in the shower, caked on mildew in the shower, quite a few lights did not work in our room. No beddi g for the pullout bed as we requested. The hotel a/c was out. The breakfast equipment was down.

All well that ends well
Started out with an issue. We arrived to no room. We had booked our usual king room. They had over booked, I had already paid on hotels.com. After searching for a few minutes she came up with a queen room. She ended up comping me two free breakfast and gave me 3000 Marriott points once she found out I was a gold Marriott member. She did all of this because of status with Marriott not hotels.com. Stay ended up very good.

Breakfast definitely was not free. I paid for it . It was a decent hotel but not excellet like the reviews said. The gentlemen that checked me in was very nice but the other staff was flippant and short. There was one person working the counter and cooking at the bistro. Long wait time for ordering and the food. I paid $25 for breakfast for 2 people. My son's french toast w strawberries didnt have strawberries and was burnt on the edges and undercooked in the middle. My breakfast sanwhich had very burnt bacon, the eggs were horrible, and the bun was greasy.
