Nice hotel and priced adequately

Pros: Good property, cordial and well trained staff, spacious rooms (i stayed in the business class), prompt room service and sumptuous breakfast spread
Cons: Airport pickup/ shuttle service. Did not get my morning newspaper. Expected a hair dryer in the toilet
Location: It is far from the airport and makes sense only if you have work around Noida. Well connected with Greater noida but still takes about 35 minutes
I landed here accidently having booked the Radisson Greater Noida property instead of Noida. However it turned out to be a nice experience in the end. Stayed here for a night. Had a comfortable and deep sleep and a sumptuous breakfast the next day.

Staff was half asleep, not smiling or attentive and didn't care about the customer experience

Hotel excellent staff very good

Excellent hotel. Staff outstanding. Food very good. Drink prices too high. Apart from hotel nowhere to eat, no restaurants

Excellent location

Staying and breakfast really wonderful. Staff is friendly. Even no issues for late check in. Overall good stay. I used to enjoy the stay with my friends at this exciting place.

Rooms were very damp and smelled bad

The rooms were extremely damp and must. The issue was brought to the attention of the management multiple times. We switched rooms, but still had the same problem. We asked for a partial refund/discount, they declined to provide such. Several times our requested service (room service or otherwise) went unanswered. Finally on the last day of our stay, the manager offered as compensation for our troubles a Carlson Card with 20,000 points. I don't know how much that is worth and I do not intend to stay at a Radisson Hotel again in the future.
