You know what you can expect - Novotel standard

This is standard Novotel experience - you know what you get. Friendly personnel and we had breakfast buffet included - a good deal.

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for...

Pros: Parking; Free WiFi; Friendly and helpful staff; Room Pricing;
Cons: Cleaning/Maintenance staff need to have more attention to detail; A Gym; A heated pool that can be used year round;
Location: The commercial centre is well equipped with lots of eateries, there's also a large CarreFour built into it. Get to the RER and make the most of Paris.
We used this hotel as our "base" during a 4 day visit to Paris. We are a family of 4, including 2 children (aged 11 and 12). The parking is very convenient, as it's located under the hotel. The hotel is on it own little island, so (other than the Ibis it's attached to) it's independent, and does not attract attention. Finding the hotel by car was easy. However the surrounding area is anything from safe. Street lighting is a bare minimum. A few cars parked up on the side of the street had smashed in windows. Pedestrian access to the commercial centre and RER was 'dodgy' during anything but daylight hours. It really didn't feel safe. The room was OK, but we had to contact reception a few times to get towels for all 4 of us, as they continued to think it was just myself and my wife. The room safe didn't work, but we were able to use the hotel safe as an alternative. The shower needed unblocking from day one. We didn't get the impression the sheets on the extra beds were fresh on with our arrival. The bottom sheet on the main bed was absent, and when requested we were given a sheet with a massive urine stain. We stayed at the latter end of October, and thought that the outdoor pool would be in service... it wasn't, which was a let down for my girls. Staff were friendly and accommodating though. I like to run, but was advised that running too far from the hotel after dark was not safe... I didn't run while we stayed at the hotel. No Gym :(

25 minute journey via an uber taxi costing around 30 euros each way. Room not cleaned after being asked to clean it whilst we are out! No heating/ac Pretty much bog standard. Just paying for the Novotel name. Ibis hotel right next door might aswel stay there for half the price - Looks to be in the same building anyway!

Affordable hotel close to disneyland paris

Hotel was average and more likely 3 star than the 4 shown on some websites. Rooms were ok but the toilets are poorly lit and separate from the bathroom and there is no sink or place to wash hands which is a huge oversight in the design of the rooms. The carpets need an upgrade and the breakfast was expensive and not a great choice available. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful and the location was really good being 25 mins drive into the city and 20 mins drive to disneyland. Be careful of the boulders and narrow turns on entry to the hotel and to get into the car park. Overall was ok with the 2 day stay considering the cost of the rooms was reasonable but the cost of breakfast can make this an expensive place to stay.

Plesant hotel shame about area/

Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly, Pool was gret and breakfast buffet was amazing.
Cons: Wouldnt like to venture out alone in the area at night time.
Location: 10 mins from Disney on Metro. when shopping mall is closed across from hotel there is very little in way of shops or eating facilities.
The hotel was lovely especially the outdoor heated pool. The area however seems somewhat run down. It's a 10 minute walk from metro station and easiest way is to leave station through the shopping mall. We used this hotel as a base whilst visiting Disney which is just 10 minutes down the line.

Location of the Hotel was superb; quiet

My grandchildren enjoyed it the most. The swimming pool access was great for my grandchildren. The shopping Mall was a walking distance away

Good location for disney

Pros: Good location, great pool
Cons: 'free' Wifi needs to be free for WHOLE stay
Location: RER station, shopping mall with large supermarket (Carrefour)
Chose this hotel for a few reasons, location to Disney and RER station, swimming pool & free wifi. Location was good but is a good 10/15 min walk to the station (depending on no of children you have) and was a bit tricky on the Sunday when the shopping centre was closed. Swimming pool was great (heated outdoor). Too cold for just paddling in but perfect for us. Open 10am to 10pm which was great. Our 7year old wanted to leave Disney early to get back for a swim! Good breakfast buffet. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the Carrefour supermarket nearby has very long queues to pay, try an go in the mornings rather than evenings. The shopping centre has a Subway, McDonalds and other food outlets. PROBLEM: wifi was free but for only 24 hours. I am not sure if I had missed this small print when booking but I have a feeling it was not described as such.I don't mind hotels charging for wifi but having it for free for 24 hours then advertising it as 'free wifi' is at best disingenuous.
