Take a ride on the complimentary bikes down to Casperson Beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower. Or drive down to the Jetty and have a picnic at sunset. The options are endless........Enjoy all the perks of South Florida with all of the comfort of home.

#1 beach in America, Siesta Key is just a 20 min drive down Tamiami Trail.

The impressive Nokomis Community Park is right across the street, boasting 17 acres full of shelled walking trails, covered basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, a cricket field, charcoal grills as well as a covered playground and a fishing pier.

The Legacy Trail has so much to offer and has an entrance right off of the community center park. You can walk, ride a bike, roller blade or even run your way to Sarasota or the Gulf of Mexico.

Guest access
Enjoy the entire home and tropical grounds. Two lounge spaces are outside, one on the Lanai and one under a pergola with solar fairy lights.

Other things to note:
We are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. To keep this fee low, please pick up after them. Respect our amenities and keep your pets off furniture and beds. If your pet has been at the dog beach all day, we have an outdoor shower to rinse off. If your pets are accompanying you, please disclose it in a message.
