bungalow right on the beach

Pros: peace and quiet, nice ocean front with sound of the waves
Cons: daily supplies of toiletries and possibly some rotation of pancakes at breakfast instead of waffles every day.
Location: Between Da Nang and Hoi An. Within walking distance of Marble Mountain
Despite the language barrier we managed to get everything sorted, check out was initially confusing. We however did not get a welcoming drink, although we noted that others did. We stayed in two rooms, deluxe ocean view was lovely but so was the beachfront bungalow. Breakfast was extensive but sadly no pancakes, sometimes it was a bit hit and miss with the eggs, as you have to point to the picture, language difficulties. Bonus was the coffee machine which allowed you to make cappuccino (minus the chocolate topping). Restaurants are ok but certainly dearer than eating in town. The chicken was undercooked as was the hamburger one night but no offer to replace, refund or apologise. Shame really as the first time we ate at the poolside bar it was ok. Free pool table is a bonus. The room was adequate and comfortable, airconditioner worked really well. Needed a few minor repairs which were dealt with quickly. They do not replace the toiletries every day though, if need extra you need to ring and ask. Fridge is a really tiny one, I rang and asked for a bucket of ice on the first night, was charged for this, not a fortune but would think it could have been complimentary. Free shuttle service to Da Nang and Hoi An is a bonus and allows you to only have to pay taxi one way as it is a reasonable distance from either town. Grounds are lovely. Did not use the fitness centre. Spa is nice but overpriced.

Most staffs were not kind and nice

Pros: Garden and Spa Massage are good
Cons: staff service education is needed
1. A lack of staff's communication I think that the front desk lacks two-way communication with reservation part! I emailed reservation part in advance and asked late checking out. And they said yes! But when I checked in at the front desk, they told me that I couldn't check out on 6pm because of full book. So I showed email to them, I could check out late. 2. not kind staff Pool Bar staff looked so angry when I ordered. She never smiled during my staying. Break Fast Restaurant had no any staff to order what I need.

Nice Beach/ OK Room/ Bad Breakfast

Hotel belong to nice private sandy beach. The concept / lay out of the hotel is good but individual room itself is just ok ,not the first grade. Breakfast is bad, tasteless . Have dealt with front office/ housekeeping/ maintenance and room service staff.. quality of staff is average and too slow...

Close to beach

Great hotel a few tweaks and this can definitely be 5* . Need new sun beds or repair those on beach. Pool and beach drinks/food waiter service 24/7 rugby on TV at beach bar a little boaring Proper slippers in room or new flip flops not used ones. Staff were some of the best we have been privileged to meet nothing was to much trouble. Shame we did not see the new restaurants but would certainly come back to this hotel if I'm area.
