We loved it!

Cons: Need the WIFI. We had a mobile hot spot so it didn’t really matter.
Location: Location great. Close to both Hastings St and Sunshine Beach. Close to all activities.
He most comfortable beds and pillows made very relaxing. Loved the view. Very secure complex and underground parking. Would definitely stay again 🙂

need refund

i have booked and paid for Superior 2 bedroom apartment however i have received standard 2 bedroom apartment. you can confirm uploaded photo compare to Resort website standard 2 bedroom apartment. i need refund.

Thanks Anonymous for taking the time to comment. We did offer you the choice of 3 Superior apartments for your stay. We also offered the choice to cancel without any penalties. You chose to stay in the superior apartment for the duration of your booking and we only wish you had brought any issues you had to the attention of staff at the time.

Our apartment was a little dated, could have done with a thorough clean eg air conditioning duct outlets, window sills, overall the resort facilities were fine, the front desk accommodating 9allowed for early check-in, the location was great. "Good value for money"... will probably return.

Pool area and gardens were immaculate. Rooms do need upgrading. Such a shame you cannot buy anything to eat or drink at this resort as the restuarant and bar are closed down. If we had of known this we would of stayed elsewhere. Trudging up and down the hill for our morning coffee daily. I would suggest they get a coffee cart in by the pool of a morning so refreshments and snacks can be available to guests.

We were lucky to get this room as Noosa is quiet popular place for a getaway. Cannot fault at all was very impressed with the room and the facilities that this resort offers.

Value for money

We stayed for 5 nights. The self contained appartment had everything we needed and was tidy. The pools and spas were nice. It would be good if both were heated with and one for families and one for just adults. A short walk to Hastings street and the beach. A big up hill walk on the way back. But it is manageable especially when you don't have to try and park a car.

Wouldn't stay again, very disappointing

Really disappointed with our stay at Noosa international Resort to the point we actually changed Resorts midway through our holiday. Overall the resort itself isn't too bad, the facilities and location are ok. If staying here you'd definitely want to stay in one of the renovated rooms. The reason we moved resorts was there was a terrifying incident late one night directly above our room from other guests staying at the resort to the point in which we felt unsafe and security was called. I discussed the incident with hotel staff the following morning and while yes they were understanding we were the ones who were inconvenienced on our holiday because of their behaviour. We lost a whole day packing up our room and being moved to another room, which was of lesser value to what we had paid for our original room which in turn lead us to look for alternative accommodation. Then a day later noticed a debit transaction in our bank account from the Noosa international Reosrt to the value of $380+ dollars in which we called them to ask what it was and they simply replied it was a mistake made but they were going to place the money back to our account however they did not contact us at all to tell us this had happened, it was only our account that we called them.

good location but rooms need a refresh

Pros: Good for families with the pools
Cons: The rooms/apartments. They need to look how they do in the pictures.
The location is great - away from the hustle but a nice walk and displayed on the websites really make the rooms look amazing but to be honest, they were a little bit run down and could do with a refresh. They weren't bad but just a bit dated. Beds were comfy though.
