The good, the bad and the ugly.....
Great location, nice accommodation and well equipped. Parking was brilliant as it was undercover. Just a shame it wasn't clean, let down by thick black hairs on the sofa and floors. We spent the first hour cleaning !!

Our stay was great, we enjoyed the pool and the spa which was a bit hot they need to update their photos because the pool area has been done up .our unit was lovely and clean .. we will be going back again for sure .

Units looked nicer in real life than in the photos. Very private in room 20 and 21. Views were beautiful. Could do with more toilet rolls and hand towels in the units. The cleanliness wasnt bad just wasnt great either. Overall we loved our stay and had a great time, wish we could have stayed longer. It was nice and central but not too busy in Noosa too.

Thanks for the comments. It is standard procedure in these types of "Self contained units" to supply a small amount of toilet paper. It is called a "starter pack" and from then on you are to supply your own. It is also standard procedure to supply 1 hand towel in each unit regardless of the number of guests in each unit

Great family stay
The resort managers were absolutely lovely, great to communicate with, very responsive and full of personality. It felt more like a family resort than a hotel. Children loved the pool and tennis court! We stayed in two different apartments (3bedroom and 2 bedroom) - both were well equiped, spacious, clean and modern. great location n Noosaville with easy walking distance to the river and its many restaurants.

Unexpected little gem! So close to everything! Gympie terrace was right on the door step & catered for every need! Free buses (from virtually outside the entrance) in main beach every 15mins made this an ideal location. Felt very safe & secure! The owners were just lovely! Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment in central location
My husband and I stayed in a ground floor apartment for 3 nights and it was great. Friendly managers, clean spacious apartment with everything you need. Close to walking distance to everywhere. Will definitely be back.

Small inexpensive resort with nice looking tennis court, pleasant uncrowded swimming pool area, close to the river and best Noosaville restuarants. Some people in other review complained about road noise. This was okay (minimal) as long as windows/doors were closed.

Close to everything. Pleasant welcome. They need to leave instructions on how to use washing ma hine. Dryer. And microwave. Unable to use microwave. But mangaged to work out washing machine. All other things were great comfortable beds. Quiet surrounds.

Perfect for families and friends
We loved our trip to Noosa and the space was terrific for the 5 of us. We loved playing cards in the evening on the porch and the walk to the river for the sunset. Great location, friendly management and wonderful to have a kitchen.

Walking distance to Noosaville
Very noisy - right next to roadway and cars/trucks passing all night. Lounge was extremely uncomfortable and none of us could sit for any length of time. It was close to Noosaville and kept clean and tidy.

As I have no idea what unit you stayed in I am unable to comment on the lounge. As managers we do not sit on them so we would be unaware that it would be uncomfortable for guests unless they came directly to the office and advised us then possibly we could be able to do something about it like speaking with the owner and advising them of the situation

Close to Noosa River and restaurants
The resort is well positioned close to Noosa River and restaurants. This and another resort are located within the same boundary so it appears to be larger than it actually is. Backs on to a main road so there is a bit of traffic noise. The bedrooms are at the back and have balconies however at night the doors and windows need to be closed to block out the traffic noise The resort is showing it's age a little and needs to be refreshed. We had an upper level unit, accessed by stairs, which had 2 bedrooms downstairs and a 2 person sleeping area on the upper level. One air conditioning unit for the downstairs area so the bedroom doors had to be left open for cooling. The upstairs sleeping area had a separate air conditioner. There were fans in the bedrooms. There appeared to be a lack of maintenance in our unit.The front sliding door lock was stiff and difficult to open. The master bedroom screen door could not be unlocked to access the rear balcony. The toilet wall had a hole in it where it had been struck by the door handle. The dishwasher was very old and the wash settings were illegible so some guesswork was needed to select the correct wash cycle. Generally disappointed in the condition of the unit. In my opinion the unit was overpriced for the condition that it was in

Great place and location, the management is very friendly and helpful. Some of the items in the room where we stayed could benefit from an upgrade, for example, the shower. However, everything was very clean and tidy.

Chris and Christine were the perfect hosts and very helpful with loads of information during our stay. The room had everything you could possible need. Location is great only minutes from the Noosa river and easy access into Noosa Heads. Only down side was the chargeable wifi.

Unit was not like pictures online. It was old and tired, and dirty. I didn't appreciate having to clean food from under the kitchen table and washing the crusty stains off the sofa. Sofa throw pillows were stained and gross, tile floor was so dirty it turned out feet black walking barefoot on it, carpet was old and fraying and filthy around the edges. Curtains were dusty and stained, as were bedspreads. The side table in downstairs bedroom had dust and hair on it. The cutlery was filthy with crusted food as were the dishes so we had to wash everything before we could use it. One element on the old model stove was damaged. The microwave oven appeared clean until you lifted the glass tray out and there was old crusted food underneath. The patio chairs were dirty and rusted. Issues were brought up with management but apart from an apology, nothing else was done or offered. Had we wanted to stay in budget level accommodations, we would have booked them for less than $175 per night in low season. As we are in the industry ourselves, our unit was absolutely not on par with other reviews or other properties in the area and I would advise to look elsewhere. We will not be recommending it to colleagues.

Comfortable, relatively cheap resort near beach
Resort managers, Chris and Christine, were every bit as welcoming as I read in previous reviews. Our unit was cheap for the Noosa area and very spacious. The only drawback (and maybe this is why it's fairly cheap) is that the bedrooms are on the Noosa Parade side - a fairly busy road - so a little noisy for sleeping, especially for us country bumpkins! Otherwise, everything was absolutely fine.

Good, friendly resort.
Lovely welcome from the resort managers, assisted with luggage to room and provided lots of local information. Apartment was clean and spacious located adjacent to the pool. Close to restaurants and river for family fun. A short bus ride to local beach. The river activities were the highlight our trip, very affordable to hire a boat and take a trip along the river. Fishing, swimming and watersports fun. We would definitely return.

Property managers were very friendly and helpful. Apartments were clean and welcoming. Good facilities with a pool, spa and tennis court and right by Gympie Terrace. What more could you want for this price?!
