“這是一間非常特別的旅館，阿拉伯風味，裡面裝飾非常獨特乾淨，處處可見旅館主人的細心與品味，我們在私人房間裡游泳泡澡非常享受，大床也很舒適，很適合情人夫妻來此度假，我們這次共訂三個房間，大家都非常喜歡，唯一缺點是剛開始找不到地方，沒有門牌及旅館名稱，進去後像叢林，check in 地方有点簡陋，石子路上有許多螞蟻，我朋友鞋子跑進大螞蟻被咬的很痛，但仍不減我對這環境的喜歡，去市區及瑪雅遺跡都只要十幾分鐘非常便利，推薦來圖盧姆一定不要錯過它”

“I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! Keep in mind this is a eco lodge not a hotel so it’s more on the rustic side but so cute! Staff was very friendly. There was a cute place to do yoga. “Great hotel with nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Our room with a balcony facing the beach was amazing to chill out in and listening to the waves at night. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. We had a car which made it easy to get to Tulum town, using taxis etc. might be a bit more of a stretch on your time and budget. Anyway, the hotel and its staff are a five……

“Room was clean, staff was friendly, great location. They had a really good massage special right on the beach that we both enjoyed. Loved the free sun beds too! My only complaint would be that there is not being a door on the bathroom if you book the standard room on the jungle side - little privacy if you’re not traveling solo! Overall a great place especially for the price. ”

“Loved that this place was so spacious and beautiful! There wasn't too many front desk staff but the pool and lighting was great! I loved how the rooms came with washer/dryer, a full kitchen and a stove top. My friends and I got a pool on top of ours and it was beautiful! ”

“El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente.”
