Really liked accessibility. The staff could not have done better. Lateish arrival meant getting an evening meal was not so beautiful. Quite a wonder from the city centre services. Definitely stay again.

Location , quietness and cleanliness are ok. Several problems detract from this, starting with Expedia before my arrival. Website and info sent at time of booking says no late check in.. late not defined. Several emails went unanswered to Expedia. finally hotel answered saying ok to arrive at 21h00. Dinner was very poor...staff not enough and very untrained and service very slow. choice was far too limited and poor quality. Breakfast on second day was a shambles- plates, spoons jam etc etc missing.. I had to go to the front desk as there were no satffg on hand in the dining area. There are far too few staff during the food serving times.. front desk should not have to go to fetch jam etc. Unlikely I will use Expedia or stay at this hotel again.

Concerning the diner and breakfast services, we are indeed very low in staff, but our team can not do much about it but their best to satisfy you as much as they can, as it is not their decision to recruit staff. Very nice hotel!

The hotel is nice and clean in a very convenient area , next to train station and stores and shops in walking distance. The room is very spacious and comfy. The air conditioner was not working for the first day but then it was fine for the rest of the week during our stay. The parking was limited for the hotel guests but there was a pay parking next to hotel. The food and breakfast were good and we have been eating there for a few times.

Nice hotel

It’s just a very nice hotel, great staff who spoke English, great facilities, very clean and smart hotel. After staying in a caravan all week this felt like luxury before we went home!

Perfect stay

Everything about this hotel is just what you need, clean, comfortable, close to the old town, Le Mans circuit, can't fault anything. Lovely spacious room, and nice staff.
