This is a great place to stay if you need to visit the USA embassy. It is very conviente and breakfast is delicious. Late check out is superb, you can leave your things in the hotel and attend your embassy appoinment without issue. The only issue is that you have to pay 15€ for parking inside the hotel. I would rather not paying for parking if I am staying at a hotel...

The breakfast serving staff spoke multiple languages, which I thought was great given many international guests. We've had a wonderful experience staying at this property.

Good breakfast. Perfect location to go US consulate in the morning. Small room with no restaurants close (just a McD behind). No laundry. Friendly staff.

Everythint about this hotel was great. It was so clean and comfortable. Unfortunately in the McDonald's parking lot right outside my window there was people partying until 4 in the morning and i couldnt sleep. The staff said that thid is not normal, so will try the hotel again because the hotel itself was lovely.

My first visit to Germany. Frankfurt is friendly and welcoming. Arena Villa am Wasserpark is cozy and the staff very friendly. I think we will be back when things settle down in Ukraine and the economy improves in the USA.

Arena is a small lovely hotel. All staff members are very nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with newer furnishings. Breakfast is delicious. And of course, the location is unbeatable if one has an appointment at the US Embassy. We enjoyed our week-long stay very much. Thank you Arena!

Very accommodating!
The staff was extremely accommodating. I had an early appointment at the US consulate and flew in just that morning because of other delays in my trip. They checked me in early and I was able to leave my luggage safely in the room to go to my appointment. Location for the US Consulate is unbeatable as well!

Great for US consulate visit
I stayed 2 nights since I was going to the US consulate for a visa appointment. The location was perfect, it was just a 10 minutes walk. Staff was friendly, breakfast had a limited selection but everything was very tasty and fresh, the room was nice and clean. My one complain was the pillows, which was very hard and flat and uncomfortable, and there was only two for the queen size bed so I'm glad I was there alone and didn't have to share them. The road outside was frequented by ambulances with their sirens on, even at night. I didn't care much but if you're sensitive to that, maybe ask for a room that doesn't face the street. There is a McDonald's and a grocery store down the street but other than that the area was quite limited on restaurants and such. It was a good stay for a couple of days and very convenient for my consulate visit, but I wouldn't recommend any longer stays in the area.

Nice place to stay.
I stay in this hotel during my trip to US embassy and this hotel just in 5 minutes walk to it. Hotel has everything what you need and super clean. I got very small room and even could not take out all staff from my luggage. Highly recommend to take breakfast - it delicious!

Great Value and Location, Mostly Good
The staff was very friendly. Cleanliness and an outstanding breakfast. Disappointing was having a reserved parking space (critical), but none was available on arrival. Designated smoking at the entrance requires walking through a stench and it flows into the entrance and hallway. Everything else was excellent, and I would return again.
