Beds not made no towels. Was told we only have bath mats to use. No one cleaned our room the second night and again no towels only bath mats We were here for a basketball tournament and the kid was unable to shower due to no hot water and it's bad he has to dry with a bath mat. This has been unexceptional for this visit
