I understand that La Quinta is dog friendly, but I'm willing to poo at a nominal fee for my dig if upgrades are made. For example, composite wood floors would save costs for dog accidents and better mattresses, FIRM luxury I did not sleep the first night at all. The housekeeper was extremely accommodating and changed my sheets when I indicated I itched all night long, thanks to her and a sleeping aid I slept well tgenext night. In th e future will have mny dog stay with my mom and check into a 4 o r 5-star. The only reason this hotel received an ok is because of your African American staff who went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. I noticed that your staff is very diverse, which is good, howevver there were some who l acked personality, perhaps it could be a language barrier....be that as it may in light o f the divisiveness that exists in this country some train8ng on cultural awareness and courtesy and etique5te would go a long way. Perhaps, your African American staff can teach them how to be pleasant with all guests, even those that don't look like them. Glenda J. Harrison

Pros: rooms were clean and bed was good
got in late called and was told helping other guest and put on hold for over 5 minutes and called back got told the same thing and told them at airport to pickup said get back to us after at least a 20 minute wait finally someone came and let us know had to come from across town to get us. when we needed to go to airport next day finally got a maintance man to take us.

Convenient for the USCIS office

Pros: Convenient
Cons: Breakfast - mostly high carbs!
Hotel clean & pleasant. It is currently situated right in the middle of road works so lots of noise from construction vehicles.

The. room was okay, however the cobditioning of it could've been better. Hair was on stuck to the walk and found on the floor as well.
