Room had burned iron marks on carpet. Seat part of desk chair was torn. Weird rusty red lquid leaked from shower. Sink was dirt. Room was not stocked with toilet paper.

The hotel was awesome, clean, very friendly desk staff. I think the breakfast lady can find a way to clean up her counter, the food and the room without ordering everyone out. I realize the breakfast has hours but I didn't realize she would chase everyone out of the room like she owned the place. I also wish the treadmill worked well

Great staff

Pros: Staff was courteous, helpful and right on top of things (at least with me and my wife).l
Cons: No, not really.
Having a shuttle to the airport and leaving my car there is a big plus.

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable with an attentive efficient staff. Only potential improvement would be an upgrade in the free breakfast to include some sort of meat and/or cheese protein,

clean and comfortable

Pros: Nice size room, clean, everything looked new.
Cons: Easier shower control or at least a diagram explaining how to use it.
Our only complaint is the shower control. I never could figure it out, ended up taking a cold shower. My wife was able to take a hot shower but only after messing with the control for 10 minutes causing a huge waste of water.

My room furniture was dirty and needs to be cleaned my computer chair Had a rip in the leather and the leather chair had stains on it. The location is close to stores restaurants however right now the front road is under construction.

Friendly Staff

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is what made the stay enjoyable. From the front desk when we checked in to the shuttle driver Joseph who took us to the restaurant, they both seemed to really enjoy their jobs and it reflected in their service.
