Had everything I wanted/needed

Rooms much nicer than expected. Seemed to be newly renovated. Had everything I wanted in a hotel room. Very comfortable bed too. Nice TV, couch, fridge, etc. Located next to convenience stores as well. Hotel sign could use an upgrade, though.

The outside of the hotel isn't so great but when we opened our room door, we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast is very good.

Terrible hotel, it smelled like mold and mildew.

The room was terrible and so is the location. Room smelled like mold and mildew. We had a hole in the bathroom which allowed ants in. The location was horrible too. Very ghetto. We were afraid to walk outside. The heating unit smelled like it was burning and the staff was walking around cleaning and cursing all over the place. Stay away

Unsatisfied Costumer!

The hotel was different from what we saw online. When we arrived the Windows were very dirty. Walked in the hotel dose not have a clean smell. The only reason why we decided to stay was that we was there forca certain event and was too late and tired to search for somewhere else.We checked in to the room room didnt smell clean kind of have a dingy mild mold smell. The comforters on the beds are very thin. It look like the curtains were pull from the Windows and put on top if the beds. Very disapointed, not to mention someone was trying to check in our room 2:30 in the am. Which kind of made us nervous. Didnt know what was happening so we didnt rest the rest of the night. The. Clock didnt work, called to the front desk for a 7:30 am wak up call noone called. The stau was not satisfactory at all. Because the hotels appearance we wouldnt eat the free breakfast. It would be a great idea to send somone there on a surprise visit amd you will see what we saw. We have stayed at the Indigo down tow Atlanta for approximately $20. more and it was a 200% differenc.

The hotel is in a sketchy part of Norfolk just outside of base. The rooms are dark, but updated. I would only stay here again if it were my only option.

The hotel looks as though it could use a face lift, things looked worn out. The service personnel were awesome. The AC in our room didn't work too well, it never really did cool down. Water pressure seemed low. The pool area was warm and humid.

No quality at the quality Inn.

This Hotel is in dire need of a facelift and cleaning. The east side of the building smelled awful from either trash cans or the work yard next-door. The breakfast is OK being free if you can call it free. The rooms are dirty musty smelling and just downright old . We will not stay here again.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We do strive to be one of the nicer exterior corridor hotels in the area, but we have no control over construction around our hotel.

Not the best stay ever

Bathtub dirty, hotel grounds not kept up, breakfast below average. Hotels.com told us this was a great hotel and it was the same quality as the Hampton inn and had a great breakfast

I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectation. there is no excuse for your tub being dirty and for our parking lot. This comment has been shared with our staff so that no other guest will be dealing with these conditions in the future.
