Far away from beach !

Check in quickly. Room outdated,fairly clean , for one night stay was ok , noisy people making party on their rooms ,AC didn't work properly, I took 3 hours to get to the temp we wanted , and very far away from the beach .you have to drive to get there and pay parking ,for the price (too expensive ) you can pay a little more, be more close to the beach and better room !!!

Too much money for condition of hotel

Pros: Beds were made nicely but had holes in sheets.
Cons: Upgrade and maintenance of rooms
Location: Too far to walk to beach. No nearby restaurants. The only restaurant was questionable as there were about 7-10 young men playing pool without shirts
The sheets had holes in them; bathroom not cleaned; the toilet paper dispenser came away from the wall; sink clogged up. Attempted to call management but phone kept ringing. Told management upon check out (only stayed one night) and the manager told me he would call me once they investigated condition of room. He lied!

When I checked in, I was disappointed in the room quality from what my expectations were looking at the pictures online. The room AC, TV and Fridge were none functioning. No area for customers to socialize. Very noisy with guests outside chatting through the night. Only good point was that it is close to beach. If you are a guest that demands 5 star service, this is not a hotel for you

Bathtub had hair in it, stopper to the sink had mold , found someone else old dirty sock under the bed .. room was dusty and refrigerator was dirty.

Decent hotel

Decent hotel for sleep & rest. Beds were clean . Relatively close to Beach . Lot of eateries nearby and lots of activities to do for family

Nice place to stay for the price!

I must say the stay with the Ambassadors Inn & Suites was very pleasant. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The furniture is very out dated and could use a little tlc except for the TV that was pretty much up to date. There was no bed bugs but I did see 2 small roaches walking around in the bathroom. After I got rid of those 2 never saw any more again. The staff here is very nice and very helpful. I cant comment about the quietness of the place because me and maybe another handful of travelers were staying there. I guess is because it was a week trip and not a weekend where you expect a lot more people . The cable tv was excellent quality the wifi was awesome signal. And the best thing of it all was it is a pet friendly hotel. And if you are nice to the guy at the front desk your dog will get a milk bone treat lol . If I ever visit V.A beach again I would stay there again. Thank You Ambassadors Inn & Suites
