Very Poor Management

Pros: Great view
Cons: Basic maintenance
Spa was "closed for maintenance" all 3 days of stay, shower was cold 1 day, toilet seat and stool were both loose (it was like riding a roller coaster), fitted sheets on the king size bed were made for a queen size bed and kept coming off the mattress, so the bed, the shower, the toilet and the spa were all poorly maintained. The place must need a new manager. :(

We were there off season and it was evident

Pros: The room was spacious and easy to get around in. Great view. Bed was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Cons: The Bistro needs to decide if it is going to be a restaurant or a snack bar. If restaurant then the menu needs expanded.
The hotel was fine, and I'm sure the fact that 1,000's of young folks were in town for a gymnastics meet was taxing to the winter staff. The room needed a bit of work but nothing that interfered with our stay. Paint here, loose trim there, good behind the fixtures cleaning. Parking is fair at best. I'm handicapped and 2 out of the 4 nights we had to park in the garage and walk back to the hotel, roughly 2 blocks. Not good for someone who uses a walker.

The room was ocean front and had great views of the beach. The room was super clean and staff was really accomadating.

Staff at the Marriott are amazing - we enjoyed outstanding customer service last year and were not disappointed again this year. An incredibly great team working at this property!

Great location and staff

Stayed during an early November warm spell. Right on the beach and close to shops and other restaurants. Staff was exceptionally helpful and down-to-earth. Hotel amenities were not luxury level, but welcoming, clean and well above average.

Room was nice and clean with nice sitting area. Price was reasonable. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. However, we found a large roach in our room early Saturday morning and were less than pleased with the front desk response ("we'll leave a note"). We left a note for the manager upon checkout.

Oceanfront

Nice and approachable staff. Clean and room is big enough for 4-6 people. Excellent ocean view. Will stay here again
