Again every time I complain about something I'm told it's non-refundable so I'm spending $80 a night to stay here cuz I'm forced to for work in unsuitable conditions that I've complained about

I've been staying at this hotel for months it's the same thing as the AC doesn't work as a cable doesn't work every night you can't even get the staff to accommodate you on anything booked for a week here for 375 and they still haven't came and fixed the AC or the cable and told me it's not refundable

Broken ceramic floors... mold... sketchy people. Smoking smell in all 3 rooms we had. Queen size sheet for king size bed. No fitted sheet. No cover (quilt/comforter) dirty pillows
