SO SO STAY

I had a small conference at the hotel and had some minor issues. They were suppose to have rooms ready by 12:30. The rooms were not ready until 4:00. They had these very large plastic tubs stacked higher than 6' through out the hotel (in the hallways of the floors and on the way to the conference area). It made things very tight and not appealing. The service wasn't so great either. The daytime shift person was outwardly rude to one of my employees that was asking for a receipt for the room (it had been prepayed and she needed it for the expense report). I witnessed this same person say to a customer..."if you would stop talking, I will answer your question", The conference room had one very large window on one side of the room that had a curtain that was broken. The curtain was impossible to open and was very dark on one side. We had to ask maintenance daily to open the curtain (but it was still broken and looked bad). I am not sure why they closed it nightly in the first place. We of course wanted to see the ocean while working. Some of the rooms were not super clean either and one of my employees could not utilize the balcony because her lock was broken. The location was great. The rooms were comfortable (beds were comfortable). The view was very nice from the rooms.
