If you are a traveler I suggest not to stay here. Most of the people are staying here are residence. The room smelled like someone had done some hard drugs and they tried to cover the smell with massive amounts of air freshener. The sheets and towels had stains and cigarette holes. You can hear the footsteps of the room above you. It is located in an unsafe part of town. My cab driver told me not to stay there. Good things are staff is friendly and they try to clean the room best they can given the old towels and sheets.

Not good
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The picture windows were dirty and the ice machine hasn’t worked in awhile according to staff. Some seedy characters hanging around the place.

The room was a non-smoking room but as soon as we opened the door we were assaulted with the odor of smoke mixed with air freshener. The TV did not work, the tile in the bathroom and vanity areas were both damaged and grimy. There were live and dead bugs in the bathtub/ shower. Most of the outlets did not work. Needless to say, we will never stay here again nor do we recommend this place to anyone, EVER!!!

This hotel failed miserably.
The room was dirty and the shower/tub had filth stuck to it. There were six flies in the room and little bugs on the window seal and a/c unit. There were bags of trash piled on top of each other next to the garbage cans. They also charged me 100.00 for a deposit that was supposed to be returned to me. I called and spoke with someone at the desk and they said it could take up to ten days to get it back. I told them they haven’t started the return of my deposit yet because if it had I would see a credit pending with my bank and my bank hasn’t received the return. I feel I should the hotel failed to provide a clean and welcoming place to stay and that they should refund my money for the room as well as my deposit.

We booked online, and when we arrived the room we reserved online was disgusting; it smelled of mold and there was clearly visible leak in the room that was the source of the smell. We paid $50 a DAY to upgrade to a better room, which seemed okay, but we ended up seeing a cockroach in the room. I dont recommend booking a trip using this hotel.

THEY RUINED MY CHILDREN MEMORIES
I will NEVER stay here again!!! My family & I had to sleep in our car for approximately 5hrs due to bug infestation, towels and wash clothes were disgusting!!! They refuse to refund my money back! The management was very scary, intimidating, aggressive, I felt unsafe, which she also came from behind the counter to physically adult me, luckily someone was there to push her back. My children were afraid and said they never ever wanted to go back there again. Not to mention false advertisement as well

Worse Nightmare
There were dead flys on the bathroom floor. Two were in the room and stayed throughout my stay. The bed made a noise whenever I moved. A man opened my door and i was in the room, he didn't knock. I had the lock on so he couldn't get in. I complained to the front desk and she replied it must have been the maintenance man and left it as that. He should have known someone was in the room if he was coming to fix something. If I could I d ask for my money back. Do not keep this hotel open

Very dirty, old cigarette smell in non-smoke room. Urine smell and stains on hallway, bags of trash on corners of hallway, did not feel a bit safe at all because people were just loitering around. I will not return to this facility and do not recommend this facility to anybody.

Nasty bathroom and rude front desk workers
The bathroom had pubic hairs all over the shower floor and toilet, the toilet looked like it had not been properly clean in a long time, you could see how nasty it was behind the seat, the sink had this little net and when we got there look like someone spit phlegm on it. The ash tray outside the door had so much nasty stuff, not just cigarettes. There was trans outside the room and an awful stench that never went away, there was a huge amount of flies all over even inside the room. The beds were hard as a rock and we all woke up with back and neck pain. Front desk staff were rude and would never pick up the phone I tried calling front desk at least 10 times and they wouldn’t pick up. You need to be buzzed in to check him, making me think that, that are it’s probably not safe. Room looked ok at first glance but it was not clean. My son tried to use the pool that was supposed to open at 9, we waited for 25 minutes and not one showed up to open, even after I called them. A lot sketchy people walking around the area outside the rooms. Never staying there again.

There was mold smell. I couldn’t even breathe. I saw four cockroaches. There were stains on the carpet. The room was not as it appeared in the photo. I have been to far East, Europe and Us states mıltiple times but I have never seen something like that before. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Unfriendly staff…no ice machine working….no hair dryer in room….broken umbrella in pool area…wind blew and it almost fell on my kids…spoke to maintenance about it..and he was unfriendly addressing it…will never stay there again…

Workers were nice but the rooms are NASTY . I had to changed rooms 3 times . There were roaches in every room , therefore I had to put my clothes in the car. I spent most of my time in the car because I didn’t want to sleep with roaches . The toilet made noise the entire time , and the air conditioner was broke .

Everything was great! Was a little put back by some of the reviews but stuck it out and glad we did. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable and check in and check out were a breeze.

This place demands A 50$ security deposit as you check in, the showers barely work, this motel says the rooms are smoke free but when we checked into the room it smelled like cigarettes and there was a cabinet missing and the furniture looked to be 10 years old

Pool was disgrace needed cleaning. Table around pool needed cleaning told front desk nobody came and cleaned it Had to change room air conditioning was not working Was told if we came early they would have a room had to wait 5 hours for a room too many people smoking marijuana

When it comes to early check in we never guarantee it on a busy weekend because more than likely we are sold out and check out is at 11 and we need to allow time for housekeeping to clean the rooms.
