When made reservation to the hotel, i call to see if they had smoking rooms, he said they did, i said i would make reservation with Expedia and call and give him the reservation # which i did and he said the smoking room was reserve for me, when i arrived to the hotel there was a long line with only one front desk person working, it to me 45 minutes to check in, when i was able to check in the clerk said there were no smoking room at all, i told him I call the and the clerk on duty at the time i made reservation said there was, if i had decline the room i would had lost my payment where i paid up front, there were other customer that was complaining also that they had reserve smoking room also and if they did not want the room they would lose their deposit also, not a good day, I think the clerk said there were smoking room, get us there pay up front for the room knowing we could not get our money back, will i come back to this hotel NO,,
