The staff is amazing, the front office and the housekeeping staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Clean parking lot, no one hanging out in the staircase, very nice for the price!

As soon as we walked in, the room smelled like cigarettes and then the sheets had stains as well as the shower curtains. We stayed 20 minutes before deciding to leave and book somewhere else.

Not Great!
Under complete renovation (should have been mentioned in description) but overall in poor condition and very “sketchy”. We couldn’t get into the first assigned room as the door lock would not open. Next room lacked a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but after a 12-hr drive I had no energy to argue. Random cars pulling into parking spaces and leaving 10-15 minutes later. One night we had some person knocking on our door about 11pm, said they had the wrong room after I yelled, and then drove off. Not much around there other than a gas station and a Dennys. There are other hotels nearby, which seem much nicer/safer. The front desk attendant was the highlight of the stay; friendly and helpful. If you’re really in a pinch then it’s ok for a night, but I wouldn’t stay long. Consider the other hotels on the same street.

Clean and well maintained on the outside, but the interior of the rooms need work. Looks like they put a band-Aid on everything. The mattresses are old and springs are broken. The paint everywhere looks like a child touched up the walls. Every t.v. has to be manually set to HDMI2 to work by an employee. Roaches everywhere. Stains on blankets. They spray something to make it smell good after it is cleaned, to make it seem clean.

Didn’t have any towels in my room. Bathroom floors were extremely dirty, like they hadn’t been mopped. The bedspread was stained and dirty. but the plus was the pool was great and the staff was wonderful! You get what you pay for.

We arrived around 9.30 pm the experience was horrible. The previous guest who stayed in room 146 took a bath & never drained the water and the cleaning staff totally missed it so it became my problem. After waiting almost 30 minutes in the lobby because they had only one person on shift and the lobby was very busy. Finally The gentleman @ the front desk I think his name was Don he was very helpful came and plugged the tub. I had no other choice all the other hotels around that area were filled & was already very late. The bathroom, sheets & towels was very filthy. I won’t recommend this facility to anyone the experience was horrible & disgusting

Good Location With A Pleasant Staff.
Red Roof Inn Greenwich, Virginia Beach is a motel situated in close proximity to popular entertainment and restaurant venues. The grounds are well-kept and attractive, with a reasonably modern infrastructure. Staff is pleasant and friendly. My deluxe room was well-lit, spacious and accommodating, featuring popular amenities such as a large flat-panel TV with cable channels, microwave oven and refrigerator. I was very comfortable at this location. Unfortunately, the furniture, A/C unit and bedding are dated and badly in need of replacement. Cleanliness needs a bit of work as well - while far from filthy, the tiled portion of the floors in my room were covered in a fine layer of dirt and grime. All things considered, this motel room exceeded my expectations for an inexpensive stay.
