Would have been perfect except that I was directly next to a very loud couple having a really good time all night. As it’s not peak season, I’m not sure why my room was so close. Not as peaceful as I was hoping for. However, very clean, great location, nice space.

This property had the event " Beach & Bulls Rodeo" I was attending right on the beach at the property. The staff was friendly. Short walk to restaurants. We went to Watermans and Mauhis. Good food and service. I had the deluxe double kitchenette. It has a jacuzzi tub. We didnt use it but nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice size Ocean front balcony on the second floor. Real coffee cups, dishes and silverware microwave, fridge & sink. The shower had great pressure the tub was small but nice. The ac was less than I would have liked but, I brought a portable fan and opened the balcony door. Its early April so its nice and nippy at night. This is an older hotel with outdoor hallways. If you are a Hilton fan, you wont find extravagance here but, you also wont find the uppity attitude either.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay while in town for the beach Rodeo in which we watched from our balcony. The room was roomy and comfortable bed. Conveinent ro beach and a few good resteaunts. We will be staying again next year for the 2025 Rodeo.

Parking and location was perfect. Our first night stay was rough, as our air conditioning unit was not working, got up to 80 in the room. The following day, our room was switched. Besides that, perfect stay!

This was, by far, the BEST hotel weve stayed at in Virginia Beach. Its quiet and away from a lot of the main attractions, which is wonderful for families with little ones. The room was so spacious and CLEAN! OMG IT WAS SO CLEAN!! The staff was super friendly! We definitely will be booking here again at our next stay at VA Beach!! 5 Stars!!!

When we got to our room and opened the door, you could smell that the room was clean. The staff were friendly and the check in process easy. We will definitely go back.

Staff was very nice and the Housekeeping of the room was very good. A couple of us had rooms and found that the doors don’t always close properly and required slamming. Also, in my particular room, the toilet tank leaked into the bowl causing the tank to refill every 15-20 min and was would wake us up from time to time.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about area a restaurants and helpful whe needed anything The room was clean and had all the towels and coffee maker etc. nice size too that we would need Problem was we had a neighbor that left their tv on loud All night! And the people talked loudly. But that isn’t the hotel’s fault We enjoyed our visit. Would come again

The TV and phone were broken. Tire marks on the toilet seat. The next door guest were fighting and smoking weed. This property is disgusting, my family and I will NEVER stay here again. The female attendant at the front desk is rude and unprofessional .

This place is a gem. It tries not to be dated, but what hasn’t been remodeled is adorable. The glass windows on the beach facing rooms is amazing. I can hear the ocean from the bed. The balcony is a sweet add.

This is my new favorite place to vacation by the beach. The ocean view is the absolute best, and it literally takes less than three minutes to be in the ocean. The room was so beautiful, and super clean. I will be returning to this beautiful hotel soon.

Very family friendly. It is at the end of the inlet, cul-de-sac for the boardwalk. There is a beach front playground right there in front of the hotel! Easy access to restaurants, the highway, community parks - this is a VA Beach gem! Staff is helpful, personable, and friendly, too!
