The WORST, don't waste your money.

Line was so long at check in, I left and came back later. I booked a room with a balcony, but was given a room with no balcony and no view. I pulled up and was told I could back my car in, while unloading. People were on the sidewalk within inches of moving vehicles. They have valet parking for $25 or you can self park for $8, if you're willing to walk almost 2 blocks. The building was evacuated during the evening, when the fire alarm went off, so I spent an hour walking around Norfolk getting eaten by mosquitos, until we were permitted back in. There was no explanation about this being a false alarm, or that the building was a safe place. I spent the night on pins and needles, unable to relax at all. The check out process was even more difficult that checking in. The cars were not only backed in vertically, but were also parked horizontally, making it impossible to get close to the building to get my luggage into my car. I circled around so long, I missed my connection, and had to rearrange the rest of my trip. Not worth the money. Go elsewhere.
