Great view... that's about it

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel. We had 2-Queen bed with the Harbor view for a couple dollars more. The view is beautiful...which was the only thing I liked from the hotel. We waited for almost 2 hours to be able to check because our room was "still being cleaned." After going up to the check-in counter for the 4th time, they apologize and wanted to offer us a room not facing the harbor (which is what we paid for). We said we would wait. We sat in the lobby and waited for a different person at the counter, and when we finally saw a new person. We came up and tried again. Lo and behold our room was ready.
The housekeeping person didn't show up to replenish the coffee, soap, and the towels. When we called the front desk about not being visited by the housekeeping person, they responded that they would take care of it and hang up. A couple of minutes later, someone knocked on the door and handed us two towels. Overall, I'm a bit disappointed by the customer service in this hotel and probably will not be back.
