It's a nice hotel to stay at for a quick get away.

Our stay at the hotel was good, we enjoy her view of the water along with the style of the room. It was a nice hotel, the staff treated us well, they even offers us a late check because checked in so late.

Could be better.

Pros: Nice rooms and location.
Cons: Faster availability of rooms at check in
Arrived at 3 which is what I thought was the check in time. Was told it was 4. I waited an hour, along with a number of other guests. After over an hour, I went up to ask about the room availability. The clerk apologized and asked if I would accept a city view over harbor view. I was fine with that and took it because I was there for an event which was starting in the next hour or so. I need to get checked in and changed. After that, I was at the event which had various guest speakers in one of their conference areas. At one point, we could not hear our guest speakers because the event on the other side of the partition had music and a band so loud that it distracted our entire event. Outside of that, the hotel and staff were fine.

Very Polite Staff and very clean environment.

Pros: One the 1st floor restaurant. Had a great view of the navy ships.
Cons: nothing by me.
Location: 777 Waterside Street, Norfolk, Va - walk to store.
I stay Rm# 951 walk in very clean and i also had access to 10th floor Club Room.

Extremely Comfortable

Location: Lots of little shops and good restaurants are in this area. One really good one is right in the hotel.
We were given a room on the 6th floor and had a great view. The room was spacious and everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable...slept like a baby.

Great hotel. The only bad thing was the door that separates the rooms was so thin that I heard everything that went on. Either kept me up or woke up several times. Fix that and it would be a great hotel.

Visited with parents from England. Needed to move from 1st room as pets had scratched the headboard badly and were unaware that this was a pet room. 2nd room bathroom floor clearly not cleaned. Well below standard expected of Sheraton. Should be below $100 hotel.

Near attraction we were going very convenient

Good stay but no microwave or refrigerator in room.. had leftovers from dinner and could not heat up.

Great view... that's about it

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel. We had 2-Queen bed with the Harbor view for a couple dollars more. The view is beautiful...which was the only thing I liked from the hotel. We waited for almost 2 hours to be able to check because our room was "still being cleaned." After going up to the check-in counter for the 4th time, they apologize and wanted to offer us a room not facing the harbor (which is what we paid for). We said we would wait. We sat in the lobby and waited for a different person at the counter, and when we finally saw a new person. We came up and tried again. Lo and behold our room was ready. The housekeeping person didn't show up to replenish the coffee, soap, and the towels. When we called the front desk about not being visited by the housekeeping person, they responded that they would take care of it and hang up. A couple of minutes later, someone knocked on the door and handed us two towels. Overall, I'm a bit disappointed by the customer service in this hotel and probably will not be back.
