It was okay did what it needed ro do for our short weekend get away. Pool is really small but stays open late. Staff was friendly .

The pictures did not tell the true story od this hotel. The hotel is old.ans dates. I parked the very small parking lot, found a room at another hotel then left.

Rooms are very nice clean and bed are comfortable shower has good pressure the employees are pleasant the only thing I would change is the hot tub looked a little uninviting. Other than that place is great will definitely stay again

The cable tv was sporatic. it went in and out over 20 times in an hour. The queen bed was usupported in the middle frame and therefor sagged.

CLOSED for Renovations!
I made this reservation for a business trip. Then I found out just before the trip that the Atrium was CLOSED for renovation. Thankfully the VSA Resorts (parent company) shifted my reservation to the Ocean Sands Resort a few blocks away. But it was VERY BAD management to not inform me of this change well ahead of my trip. The Ocean Sands was fine, but having driven up to an empty building at first was not something I appreciated.

Atrium closed - no warning of change of property
We never were able to stay at the Atrium. Our reservation was moved to another property, because the Atrium was closed for renovations. HOWEVER - No one told us about the change. We showed up to the Atrium late at night to find it closed, and the lady working there at the time was very unhelpful. The other property was good, and we had a great stay there. BUT we never stayed at the Atrium

When showing up on site the property was closed (for good). I didn't receive an alternate email listing the upgraded property site until a half hour after I arrived on site. There is a need to communicate with Expedia that the Atrium is no longer available for booking reservations.

We stayed one night, got locked out our room because the key stop working. The front desk gave us a nee key which still did not work. We had to ho back to the front desk on the third time the lady used her master key to open up. This left us with no key to leave the room without being locked out.

In town for a week working. The Atrium fit our needs, pool was dirty the whole time we were there. No big deal, but seeing a disgusting film floating around in it everyday wasn’t pleasant. Outside of the room the carpeting could use a serious cleaning or change it all together. Otherwise, everything else was great. The room was equipped with all the amenities you could need. A solid 7 out of 10 stay for me.

The room was pretty clean, I had to ask them to vacuum the floor, as it needed it. Kenny (maintenance) came up promptly do that. The AC in room 307 wasn't working, so they moved me to another room. Sean (ad min) approved a late check out for which was prompted by Joyce, she was great. Kenny, Melissa and Joyce were wonderful to me, they are an asset to the company. The wifi for the TV was horrendous and would go down for 10 minutes at a time. Atrium would definitely be losing business because of that. The staff made my stay there very enjoyable, but the company needs to spend some money to make their jobs easier, especially when dealing with people that are upset about TV reception.

When we checked in, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied which was inconvenient and frustrating for both us and the people in the room we were attempting to get into. We were switched to another room quickly but the new room had cleanliness issues. The toilet was disgusting with urine all over the rim along with a giant pubic hair. It clearly had not been cleaned.

Staff was nice. Ice machines out of order. Hot water doesn't stay hot for long while taking a shower. Floors are dirty. Just where a pair of white socks. Youll be amazed. Wasnt a bad stay just those three things. Hopefully they will address some of them. Then i give it 5 stars.

The staff at the hotel was great but I was extremely frustrated and disappointed due to The first room we were put in I set up for my sons birthday but then noticed the whole living room smelled like vomit like they just went over it with a wet mop but didn’t clean it the front desk was helpful but had to move us to a new room due to no housekeeping being available so I had to take everything down and cart it 3 floors up and set it up again

Our room was clean. You could smell the cleanliness. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. It was a 5-7 minute walk to the Boardwalk. The weather was perfect to enjoy the beach every day (until the hurricane lol). You’re within walking distance to everything you need. A mile away from the grocery store. We had a wonderful visit!

TV in the bedroom wasn't working. Wifi wouldn't connect. No top cover sheet for the pull out couch. Smelled like cigarettes and mildew.

Overall it's a nice clean hotel. Conveniently located for walking to alot of amenities. Dissatisfied because when we wanted to watch TV we had no cable. When the cable worked it was only for a few minutes and would go off again. Also the indoor pool had some kind of film in the water. This was our 2nd trip to the Atrium.
