Location is good, pools are also nice.

Pros: Location.
Cons: The carpets need to be cleaned in the rooms. After our kids were in the room less than an hour their brand new socks were filthy.
Room was not ready at 4pm for check-in. The hard-sell for the time share was flat out rude. I stated I was was not interested, but they kept pushing, just asking "Why?", "Why are you not interested?", "Just tell us why, and we'll stop asking". Ridiculous.

great large rooms

Spent 5 days for a gymnastics competions. stay could not have been better, rooms are huge and comfortable.

Mad that bc I was not an owner house keeping did not come and clean the room or make beds get new towels I was very discourage by that I do not feel you should be treated differently due to the fact I just got a room for a couple of days .... That you had to be an owner like time share stuff to get towels or a bed made!!?

Nice Hotel

The check in experience wasn't the best. We had to wait 45 minutes past check in to get into our room. We asked for an upgrade and was able to get an upgrade the next day. The main pool was heated for the kids to use and we were very close to the beach.

Loved this place!

I have seen this resort from the street and always wanted to try it. We needed a place to cook dinner and the kitchen was amazing. They do need one non-stick pan in the units, but it was super well equipped! Bed was comfy. Pool area is spectacular, and we are used to high end resorts in Mexico. Ask for a room on either side... The room we had was noisy with traffic... Need extra salt and pepper and they delivered it to our room. Very nice stay!
