“Dirty room, hair in bathtub. Room had little to no storage so luggage laid on the floor all weekend. Common area above pool was dirty. Location was good and close to marina which was nice.”

Then 2 days ahead of the scheduled stay, I attempted to cancel, as the unprecidented hot weather made me unable to travel there. it was very difficult to find out HOW to cancel on the website and on the Expedia app; and the front desk on site phone number is NOT posted anywhere, so I could not speak to a human at all. I finally found a cancellation button on a hard to find subpage of the app. The fee for cancelation equals the fee for the room. Hmmm, so cancellation……
