Horrible customer service...cold water!

Pros: It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: I believe the hotel is understaffed and definitely not up to the level of the Marriott name. Their staff could use add'l customer service training.
Location: The hotel is centrally located and it was convenient to get to the Shirk Center.
We chose this hotel because Marriott is a trusted name and it was close to the Shirk Center where my daughter had an early morning gymnastics meet. We called first thing in the morning to order room service to get her something to eat before the meet and no one answered (this was 15 minutes after their stated opening time). We were then transferred to the front desk where someone did answer and told me that he would try one more time, but that likely they would not answer for another hour because they may be "too busy" to take new orders. I then asked if there was another option for food for my daughter in the hotel and was told I could get coffee downstairs but that the restaurant on-site wouldn't open for another hour. Since she's 7 years old, coffee isn't really an appropriate "breakfast" for competitive gymnastics. I was also unhappy with the water temperature in the shower as well as the water pressure. We were on the 9th floor, and there was virtually no pressure and the shower was either scalding hot or ice cold, no in between. The last straw was when I went to check out and the man at the front desk could not explain to me what the incidental charges were on my bill. He also could not print me a copy of my bill. At this point, I still do not know what I was charged or why.

Nice hotel, convenient location , great amenities

Despite hosting a wedding and a college football team the weekend I was there , they were still attentive to my needs . Room service and valet parking were fast and efficient . The food was delicious ! The rooms were large, comfortable and clean . I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was wonderful except for the gross pile of laundry they left in the hallway right outside our room

Adequate faciity

Cons: Update amenities. Coffee maker had seen better days.
Location: Location is excellent
Clean but worn for what otherwise appears to be a modern facility.

No free wi-fi

Pros: Parking was good. Conference food was not very good, it was worse than average.
Cons: Wi if and faster check in

Was very surprised a small town hotel does not offer free wifi, which is a pretty standard convenience. Decor was dated, and check in took quite awhile due to a line and only one employee was checking people in although others were in the vicinity. Check in was pleasant
