Pros: staff and accomodations
Cons: better selection of breakfast items
Easy access to other locations; staff waas excellent and courteous!!

Nice, clean, quiet room and the hotel is located in a safe area. I would stay here again. Skip the free breakfast buffet- greasy and inedible.

Good hotel, great staff.

Hampton was excellent and staff great. What wasn't good (and isn't on your ratings) is that there is no recycling whatsoever, and towels are taken even though we asked for them not to be. It is not ok nor ethical at this point to not be recycling and this needs to be addressed.

Amen Jennie, we're driving home the point of recycling to the team - as you say - especially towels for goodness sake. Don't worry, we're on it. Sorry about that. In terms of other waste recycling, I'm happy to report that we partner with "Clean the World" and annually donate hundreds of pounds of leftover soap and shampoo to this worthwhile organization who then recycle it for those less fortunate. Thanks again!

Nice Hotel Close to ISU

Pros: Breakfast was very good and included in the price. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Location: Many stores and restaurants near the hotel. Shakespearean Festival was amazing, very close to the hotel, a must see!
Very clean grounds and friendly staff, this is our second year staying here. Close to ISU, shopping and restaurants.

Fix the water pressure

Water pressure is just fine, sorry it didn't live up to your standards. Could have been that the valve needed replaced. I hope you let us know rather than only post herein. If there's a challenge in a guest room, we appreciate the opportunity to repair the problem so don't hesitate to speak up while you are here rather than wait until you are able to post later.
