The home is located a short 5 minute drive to Normanville beach, or take in some of the surrounding beaches, like Carrickalinga or Second Valley to experience some of the most scenic coastline in South Australia. With ample fishing spots nearby, Ingala Falls and hiking trails, and both Victor Harbor and McLaren Vale only 30 mins away, there's plenty to see and do in this tranquil part of the state.
The double storey house boasts 5 bedrooms (bedding for up to 14 people), 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and enough car parking for at least 5 cars, it can accommodate 2-3 families comfortably.
