"Beautiful property. House was the last one at the end of the road. Secluded and provided privacy. Beautiful layout and still fairly new. Beds were nice and comfortable (although a few seems to have a slight dip). About 20 min drive to boat launch at Cyrus Resort. David was very responsive with any questions and concerns. We did run into a few issues, which was out of the hosts control. Friday night, there was a power outage so we were out of power and water since the well runs on an electric pump. However, that was resolved within an hour. Sunday night into Monday morning, we had no running water again which made it difficult for anyone to use the restroom. Host was notified and was on his way up Monday morning to see what was wrong. My group and I were set to check out that morning and we typically like to have breakfast and do some washing up prior to leaving but with no running water, we ended up leaving early that morning. Host was very apologetic and offered to make it right with the inconveniences. Even with the issues we had, I would consider staying again."

"Pleasant property, good location for access to river and lake fishing and not too far from Baudette. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the LOW, Baudette area. Property was clean with everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay!!"

"Place was perfect for 4 couples. Only thing very dirty, looked like they just vacuumed and changed sheets on beds( thanks for that). Few dishes in cupboards were dirty, bathrooms were filthy and didn’t dare turn on ceiling fans because of all the dust on the blades!!"

"Renovations they are doing are improving the overall property. Nice town! Izzys which is attached to the hotel is great as its pretty cold in mid winter…why go outside when restaurant/bar is attached."

"We stayed here for a business ice fishing trip and it was exactly what we needed. It was spacious enough so everyone had their own privacy along with providing a ton of room to hang out. The manager even brought us some eggs when we asked where we could get some. Great place and I would stay here again!"
