“I liked the space and the grounds were well kept and attractive. The staff was exceptional and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. What was less than perfect was the fact that there is no air conditioning although the front staff say installation of A/C is in the works and maybe a year off. we visited when the temperature was in the 90's and it got even hotter a few days after we left. The property is beautiful, especially the back lawn area with creek and water wheel but……

“Fantasticly friendly and helpful staff, new hotel, clean rooms. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. We were suprised we couldn't hear the airport or highway at all, the rooms were quiet. The only reasons I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that it does not have a hot tub (a must for us traveling) and we wished there were some healthier options at breakfast. Plenty of free parking, and they have a free airport shuttle. We did not try the gym this trip so I can't comment on that.”

“The property is tired. Seems not to have been maintained in years. Elevator makes bangs & clanking sounds, workout room is small, although efficient. Rooms are old, nothing is updated. Bathroom was very old style, TV was, couldn't watch but programs from days gone by it seems. Toilet seat wasn't attached, seat was loose. During summer months they don't replace linens(fine) but but don't even clean the room between. Not enough staff!!! One morning, one woman was working-- she was checking……

“The room was clean (except for under the bed, which I noticed while retrieving something I had dropped) and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was not stocked at all and I had to ask for dishes, silverware, etc. Even then their supply was quite limited and not what I have come to expect in a suite. Our shower leaked badly from the wall beside it. I know the facility is new and expect that will get fixed after our stay. The place was quiet and the staff were friendly.”
