Was good, now terrible

Posted Sep 29, 2017
Pros: The staff did their best
Cons: Everything
Location: See above
We have used this hotel over the years. The plus is it has access to the M40 inner Madrid ring, offers free parking and is a short walk from a restaurant area. This time we arrived just after three bus loads of Asian tourists. We had requested a non-smoking king, were offered two singles and ended up with a standard double. Some-one had clearly smoked in the supposedly "non-smoking" room. The night was disturbed by loud room neighbors. The breakfast was a disaster. The coffee machine was out of order and the place swamped by the aforementioned hoards of tourists. To their credit the staff did make us coffee using the machine at the bar. The decor has not been updated and is tired. Avoid this place like the plague.

To be considered

Posted Mar 9, 2017 on Hotels
It's was good but far from the center. The hotel should offer a shuttle service from, as without the city card or good guidance from locals you can get lost. The breakfast is simple, but good enough. The one thing that was really bad is that we couldn't regulate the a/c; they said the temperature was standard however the common areas felt nice to be in, but the rooms where extremely cold. I'm from the Caribbean and it was very difficult to handle at night.

Dear guest, thank you for your comment. The hotel is located in Alcorócn, it is a city 13 kms from Madrid city center. There are a Metro and train station 5 minutes walking form the hotel, that takes you to Madrid. The heating and air conditioning are centralized, but you can ask for a blanket at reception if you wish Best regards

Good for soccer tours

Posted May 21, 2016
Pros: The girls at the front counter can speak in English and pretty!
Cons: I stayed at the hotel for a week visiting soccer clubs. If the hotel could provide some sport TV program would be lovely to me.
Location: I visited stadium of TrivalValderas, AD Alcorcon, and Atletico Madrid and Cerro del Espanio to watch games and have meetings.
I stayed at the hotel for visiting soccer teams and soccer academia in Madrid. This hotel is located near by the station of Alcorcon taking 5 minutes by walking. So, it was easy to go other location of soccer places and clubs. And, it was easy to access to a down twon of Alcorcon. There is a big shoping mall taking 5 minutes by walking from the hotel. The mall is consited of movie theater and play lands as well. We could buy souvenirs and daily foods as well. The all hotel staffs are friendly and work very hard. I could see the cleanliness at every where and all times. There is a restaurant beside the hotel and McDonald's 3 minutes by walking. I think the hotel is the best one for me.
