“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“Average aged motor inn. Needs update for sure. Comfortable beds and small bathroom.”

“Conveniently located to Tanglewood and Jacob's pillow and other attractions in towns in western Mass. All brand new decorated room. Neighborhood is a little down market but safe and quiet at night. Good value for money.”

“Absolutely horrible, felt like a waste of money so I didn’t go back for check in at 3 even though it was listed at 2pm. Went with somewhere else.”

“A small boutique hotel, it provided a comfortable bed, TV, and small refrigerator for our overnight stay. Beautifully decorated, but the bathroom vanity provided no space to toiletries/necessities (we laid a towel in the basin to make a makeshift surface when applying make-up, etc.). We had to be on the road before the hotel's continental breakfast was set out, so we can't comment on it, We were told that Sticky Fingers Bakery is known for its cinnamon rolls; however, it was closed.
