I could hear everyone

This hotel is beautiful. The staff were amazing. However, when the door is closed, i could still hear other guests. Not just in the hallway. But in their rooms. And not just the rooms next door. But, people in rooms across the hallway, down the hallway, walking outside - the walls are paper thin. Also, one of the light switches in the bathroom was dishing out electric shocks

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in!!

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Too much to list.
Location: Location was average Terrible parking, I had to park a block away because there was no parking left. I was told to reserve a space for $30 per day!
So where to start... Arrived at the hotel to be shown to the room. The room was broken, had a 5 cm gap under the door, the windows in the bathroom didn't close, the couch was filthy and smelled terrible. Not to mention that I could hear everything that was going on in the lobby, meaning my partner and I were not able to have a normal conversation without fear of being overheard. I approached the hotel staff to inform them that I was unhappy with the room and would like a refund. I was informed that I had booked a "non-refundable rate" and would not be able to receive a refund due to being "non-refundable" and having booked through Expedia. Instead I was relocated to a different room. Upon checking into the other room, I was greeted with a foul, sewage like smell. I then called Expedia to discuss options with them. All I was told was that they would call the hotel and inform them I was unhappy with the room. I then returned to the hotel only to be told that the hotel staff were "upset" about me going behind their back and all I needed to do was to talk to them and try to work through the issues with them, however, I was still denied a refund. I was upgraded to another room yet again. This room was better than the last two but still not great. The decor was well and truly outdated and the window was almost impossible to open and close and the furniture smelled musty. I was told the manager would contact me before the stay was over, but never did. Expedia refunded me $100.

Noisy traffic noises, but good location. Easy to get to staff friendly and helpful. Good value for price.

Inconsistent

Cons: Customer Service!!! Flexibility. It is 2017!!!! We arrived late and checked out at 5.30am!!!
Last year we had a lovely experience and requested - at our cost - a later check out. The staff were most obliging and helpful. This year, the staff were most unhelpful and rude. As we were running a Marathon, we requested 2 hours later check out - preparing to pay an hourly amount. Oh goodness..computer said NO....had to pay for a whole entire night!! The hotel clearly had empty rooms and low vacancy because we stayed else where. We would never choose this place again.

We do offer our guest a free check out till 11am if requested which I believe was offered to you. Unfortunately due to having high occupancy round that time of year we were unable to offer a later check out as our housekeepers had to clean rooms to the best of standards to ensure they are ready by check in time. A great place to stay

Pros: Pleasent and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room
Cons: Perhaps increase the parking capacity to the motel. There is not enough parking for motel guests and restaurant patrons. We had some difficulty
Location: Close to shopping, Restaurants, churches if desired. Easy travel to Adelaide City.
The room was clean and well-appointed and clean. It was a cross between period setting and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
