“The property was absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the lack of communication from the host, Kyle. I had a bad feeling with his lack of communication a couple weeks before the trip. I asked him if there was any information I needed to know, and he said no. I asked him the day of my check-in if I was going to get a code for the front door, and he told me that Vrbo would send it to me automatically one hour before my rental. That never came. “Honestly the worst experience ever. I spent 1 night here, July 4th. I understand that this is a 2 start hotel & I did not expect anything more than a clean room to lay my head in. At check in, i was directed to room 306 only to discover that was not the right room. The front desk agent gave me the wrong room, it was supposed to be 222. How did that mistake happen?? Then what I got was a room that had a moldy smell, a mildew shower, and disturbances from housekeeping 2.5 hours before check out. I……
