Call and find out who else is staying there

Pros: The staff was nice and helpful and the Italian restaurant was very nice and good food for a good price.
Cons: Do Not book groups with kids/teens
This is Not the place you want to stay if there is a group of kids/teens staying there (I.E.) Hockey Team) Everything from kids running up and down the halls all night, to ice fights at the ice maker, to knocking on your door all night to playing catch in the parking lot and hitting your car. So with that being said. The price was right and it's a good location but just call the hotel first and see what other type of guest are staying there.

I stayed for 2 nights. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel slightly old and dingy. Room clean.

Well located and lovely staff

We stayed here on the way to and then again home from a wedding. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Sarah. Rooms could do with a bit of updating, especially the bathroom. Having a pool was a real plus with the kids, but it looked in need of a clean. Would definitely stay again if we find ourself back in North Bay.

An old hotel that has definitely seen better days. Upkeep is marginal and minimal funding has been allocated to modernization. Air conditioning rather noisy so it must be turned off in order to sleep.

Not worth the Money

Pros: The restaurant was very good for dinner and also went back for breakfast which was very good.
Cons: Needs a reno. Bathrooms dated
overall condition of the hotel was it look outdated and unkempt. air conditioning had been left on by whomever and the room was frigid. the hallway was also freezing. The WIFI did not work the entire stay. The desk clerk says this happens at the beginning of every month when the wifi password changes. Overpriced to say the least. Many other options to stay in North Bay for next time.

Rooms are in need of an update. Hotel staff nice. No breakfast and Farina restaurant was not very good at all. Hotel side door does t require room key. Should be more secure.

A good clean, pleasant hotel, with a really good Italian restaurant in the same building. Watch out though, you have to pay for breakfast .. unlike all of the other Best Westerns I have stayed in. My fault, I suppose - I should have read the small print
