We have not problem with the employee but the policy of hotel. We checked in and didn’t like the.location. the hotel is full of workers. The toilet would not flush properly, we had to reset the heater. The internet was very slow and the tv didn't work. We wanted to leave as we wouldn't see spending a night there. The desk said internet was down and we should have read the notice when we checked in.

I am sorry to hear your stay was anything less than ideal. We understand the frustration with the cable being out during your stay. It was an issue on our cable providers end which we worked as hard as possible to fix. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
Very disappointed when woke up this morning and pulled back window drapes and saw tons of Black mold all around windows. I took pictures if you want to see them. Very disappointed as this was my go to hotel in North Bay. Been at this hotel several times this year.

Dog (very large pitbull) was barking for hours during the afternoon on March 2 as trying to take a nap. Also confronted by pitbull in the small hallway/stairwell. We have stayed at this location at least 4 other times this year and our experience was much better.

Thank you for your feedback Dean. I am sorry to hear your stay was anything less than ideal. We do have strict rules in place for pet owners as we are pet friendly. This shouldn't happen and we will take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
It’s was a great stay overall, the room was nice, we enjoyed having parking right outside of our room, easy access. breakfast included was great as well.
Didnt like the pullout bed springs.... didnt like the hockey kids running the halls yelling after 11 didnt like the dog on 2nd floor sitting beside the no dogs on 2nd or 3rd floor sign...

Thanks for your review. I am sorry your stay was anything less than ideal. We are a pet friendly hotel, with two floors and there are no signs anywhere regarding dogs not allowed on a certain floor. Perhaps we are being confused with another hotel?

They forgot to mention something very important, im single and my whole floor was occupied by hockey players under 12, and parents that have no control over them, very loud and disrespectful, i realize not employee issue, but it is when it was the second night of other quest are trying to rest

I am sorry this happened and we hope it doesn't make it not want to stay wit us again when its not a team weekend.
I highly recommend the Airport Comfort Inn , I have stayed here 3 times in the past 6 weeks. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and staff members are friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed in some pretty horrible hotels. But this one may have taken the cake. Wall paper falling off walls. Holes in the wall. Disgusting carpets in the room. Cobwebs in the corners. Was told house keeping was ONLY by request 24 hours prior at check in. I requested a king bed with couch and patio door. Ended up with neither a couch or patio door. I checked out a day early and moved hotels. Do not stay there if you can avoid it. It is NOT worth the money.

Got to non smoking room, smelled badly like cigarettes, bathroom smelled moldy, actually caulking around bathtub was black with mold. Very disappointed with condition of room. Felt dirty, and smelled dirty. Not a great experience what so ever.

Smelly room
It took us at least 15 minutes to get our room key even though we booked on line. The room didnt smell good, probably from the carpet which was stained. They said breakfast started at 6h30 but didnt have much. Terrible job of silicone around the bathtub.
