Perfect for New York Trip

Pros: Location, shuttle service for New York, free overnight parking
Cons: Room service
It was a really very good experience over Quality Suites. My whole family was together in single room I was glad that I could find this hotel for this stay. In moreover to this, in this hotel there is shuttle service for New York to and fro both way which was bonus point for us. Environment and location of this hotel is good for stay.

NYC 3 day trip

Overall hotel is 4 out of 5. Room was fine. Air conditioning was fine. Bathroom was fine. Lots of tv channels. Great Internet signal. $12 per adult and $8 per child to take the shuttle bus from your hotel to NYC where it drops you off at times square and picks you up later in evening. We do this trip every year. Chinese food place on tonnelle (the flyer is in the hotel) is amazing. Get it always and quality of food is great. Shower great pressure. Clean and neat rooms. Only problem was bed was squeaky and loud every time you rolled over. Full size double beds are tiny too but actually comfy. Free parking. Breakfast is awesome,usually eggs with either bacon,sausage or ham and waffle maker, cereal, snacks and juices. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. From toronto Canada.

The rooms were filthy and the staff and the staff were not accommodating at all. I had reserved a jacuzzi room and when I went to check the room, there were foot prints and rice in the tub as though someone had mashed up beans in the tub and left it there drying for days. The mini couches were covered with all these weird stains and the microwave Had stains all around. We tell the front desk that the room is disgusting and ask for a statement dated room after being disgusted by the sight of the first room We asked them if we can get another to and have the difference refunded to uan their response was that they were unable to do so because the room was reserved under Expedia and only they can give a refund. So now here I am calling Expedia so they can contact the front desk and see what they can do. All this time Expedia is trying to contact the hotel while I'm standing in front and I notice that the phone isn't ringing so when the lady from Expedia comes back onto the line she tells me that the line is busy. I ask the front desk if they have a direct line to call so my boyfriend tries to call the number and of course the line is busy. So the manager comes out and calls the same number and MAGICALLY the phone stars ringing line crazy (I wonder why it wasn't ringing before). After having me wait for 20 minutes the manager (if he was even the manager) said that Expedia "has given him permission for a refund." More like POOR QUALITY INN.

Hotel staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The house keepers also helped when we needed extra things. The bed and pillows were fantastic and I may be purchasing similar pillows soon. The only down fall I saw was that the towels were not soft

Not a good area

Pros: Size of rooms
Cons: Better sheets so that they aren't stained. We had 6 rooms altogether and 4 of them needed new sheets due to stains.
Location: The shuttle to NYC was convenient. Driver on the way back was a bit rude but got us back safely.
The rooms were very spacious and worked for our competition at The Meadowlands. However, some very questionable people loitering around and definitely the smell of marijuana in elevator and hallways. The staff was rude very often. Never wanted to give us clean towels.
