Terrible Stay

Room wasn't completely clean from the previous guest. Condom packages in the kitchen cabinet. Dishes not thoroughly clean. Drug addicts and prostitutes hang outside in the parking area all night. Guest with large dogs roaming the halls.

Do not stay here

Based on my experience, reasons to avoid this place: - Hotel staff was rude and had to call the hotel multiple times to have someone come to the front desk. - switched out my room key three times because it kept malfunctioning. - not all doors were functioning to get in the hotel so had to walk around. - poor room condition. The carpet had huge visible stains. The phone was not functioning. I asked for a hair dryer because the room was missing one and was given a broken hair dryer. Also, the room had a terrible smoke smell. - the hotel location is not a safe area. Wish I would have taken the time to read reviews.

Avoid at all costs...

Cons: Shut the place down
Location: Horrible location right off I 35. Noisy and difficult to find.
This place is a disaster. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe from the minute we walked in the door. The receptionist was confused and slow. The room was filthy, the toilet was leaking, the phone had no cord, there were no remote controls for the television, and the room had a horrible stench. We immediately asked to switch rooms. They handed us a key and said "try this one!" While it was an improvement, we had no place to stay as an alternative, so we stayed for the one night. Early the next morning we awoke to the fire alarm sounding. No one was around asking or monitoring people to leave. We evacuated on our own, and stood for a lengthy period of time before we saw any hotel staff. we re-entered the lobby to see if we could return. No one was there but a security guard sitting in a chair. we asked him what was going on, he said he didn't know anything. I can't believe the poor way they handled this emergency. There never were instructions to return. We packed-up our stuff and left immediately.

Dirty and Damaged

Pros: nothing
Cons: Cleanliness and attitude of morning person.
Location: It was near where I had business.
The room was unclean and had damage. The stopper in the sink was torn out. The remote control for the tv had no cover. The toilet overflowed and the phone didn't work.

on day 5 ,rm next to me had a fire..wasnt notified to evacuate when alarm went off. lost items and 1 paid day...dm stalling on reimbursment

Worst experience worst hotel

The bathroom had mold all over, the room was dusty and super I cleaned. I ask the guy at the front desk named Jamal to change my room and he did change it but the other room was as terrible as the first one. I have my membership with them which I am unsubscribing soon. Worst experience ever. From all quality standards it was a super low grade hotel I have ever stayed at. Never going back again!

Horrible stay

As soon as we entered the room, we looked in the kitchen area and there were roaches there, secondly the microwave didn't work right we kept on reheating our food. And the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in due to the bag on mattress made so much noise. Me and my son's body were super sore. If I ever go back up to Austin I'll never book this hotel ever again.

The staff is always friendly & love how the rooms are always clean smelling good. Love how they have coffee & breakfast snacks!!! I always hate to leave whenever I stay there.
