Hotel

When we check in we did not know it would also be a $100 hold for the room. The bed looks like a single sleeping bed instead of a queen. The bed was not comfortable.

Nice hotel too close to freeway

Upon check-in and getting my luggage to the room that they assign me, the room wasn't cleaned had to go back downstairs go to another room. The 2nd room was missing remote controls, it was missing towels, It missing pots and pans took 2 and 1/2 hours to get the remote control for the TV. The parking lot is not lit up very well I was afraid that my car was going to get broken into and I had seen spots or broken glass I was very concerned.

Extended Motel

As soon as I reached this establishment I felt the uncleanliness of the hotel but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. (Huge mistake..1st impressions and all..) I walked into my hallway where my room was located and was smacked in the face with a lovely cloud of cigarette stank! Then I searched for my room and they wrote in excellent penmanship 142 (pictures included). Stains galor upon entering my room, that dim fluorescent light that instantly reminds you of your favorite horror movie, and a nice big hole where I can only imagine the cockaroaches reside. What more can you ask for? These are just the few things I felt were worth mentioning. This is coming from someone who NEVER writes reviews! My ~10 minute stay at this extended motel was a bit of a nightmare and I felt maybe I can spare one person of this ordeal.

no blow dryer no phone no shampoo one of the a/c units in room was out it had no smoke detectors n look on door was broke

odor in entire hotel

After my long drive, when I finally arrived to the hotel it was completely book and my reservations have been cancelled. I waited for a hour until the concierge finally "found" a room available to "give" to me ( as if she was doing me a favor) even though I already paid for the weekend. The room smelled, sheets were wrinkled and bed looked used. Didn't feel clean and I wasn't comfortable.. won't be returning to Extended Stay!!

Dirty & Dangerous

Pros: Absolutely NOTHING!!!!!
Location: Dangerous neighborhood.
The rooms smell like cigars and cigarettes. They are "residents"/full time living in tenants that are smokers and not very friendly living in that hotel. Bathrooms are gross and when we lift the mattress, bed bugs & bed bugs marks/blood everywhere. We were told by the front desk lady not to park in the back of the hotel as it would probably be broken in! Terrible place! We left after checking 5 rooms total! And all rooms were terrible! My security deposit was partially returned to me after 24hrs of me calling the hotel again and again. Sooo Wrong!!!

New Faces New place

many improvements have been made and the exterior property is much cleaner and safer. I have and to give a shout out to Elizabeth and Monique we're both so helpful and kind during my check in they made it easy and painless. they're both entirely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and safety
