Breakfast and dinner included with no extra charge. Nothing fancy but also has two drinks ( wine or beer ) with dinner as well .

Escaping the hurricane

Overall my stay was good. One of the staff members was very friendly and tried to accommodate us and answer our questions. The rest of the staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. If ur not looking for excellent service or luxury surroundings this is for you. Affordable and accommodating and pet friendly so the carpet isn't very clean.

The A.C. was out the whole time so we had to leave the hotel a day early.

When we got there they didn't have the booking the

When we got to the location they did not have the booking through expedia the front desk clerk was less than helpful gave us a number to call she couldn't do anything for us due to out booking being third part. The sheets in out room were wet as well as our carpet. Woke up today to my card being charged 50$ that I was told would only be for a hold. Af of this day I will never stay there or book through you guys ever again. Very disappointed in my experience and "COUSTOMER" service over all. I will also rate the hotel negatively on their page.

Was the perfect hotel for our two day trip to Austin. It wasn't too fancy but just right for the cost and for a place to sleep and have breakfast before long day of meetings.

Very convenient

Pros: Great value and very nice.
Cons: Overall very nice
Location: Very convenient to where we wanted to be and easy to access.
Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Happy Hour was very pleasant and nice. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Late arrival lost reservation

Had difficulties because the manager considered our reservation as if we didn't show because our flight was delayed for 3 hrs. Arrived at hotel and they didn't had our room ready. Finally they gabe us a room. The room was old and did not met our expectations for the price we paid. It seems the Quinta hotels are decreasing quality...

Second Stay.... horrible! Choose elsewhere!

This is my second time staying here in 45 days and I regret it. The first visit was a suite, more expensive, no problems. I had fewer people this time and needed a basic room... horrible. There were THREE ROACHES in the room over the 2 day stay. As soon as we walked in, the room smelled stale and the entire stay was dark! There were only two table lamps to light the entire room! I had hoped to use this location everytime I visit Austin but unfortunately I won't book again. They've lost a good customer!
