"The Breakfast was fresh, however, fresh sliced tomatoes, avocado, or boiled eggs would be a great addition to breakfast. Parking felt safe, however, very close to an extended stay property. Really wish that I had taken photos of the hall and carpet which was very dirty. Not what I am use to having stayed several times at the Hyatt on Rivers in Savannah and also the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore, Maryland."

"Number of things: 1. Staff are casually friendly but not professional. 2. Check in is separate from interior. 3. Desk is not always staffed. NO staff at night. 4. Had to go ask for more towels and was made to wait 5 minutes while the front desk person talked to a housekeeper about shifts. 5.. Got confronted by a man trying to get in at 10pm saying he lost his room key. I wouldn't let him in cause what's the point of security otherwise. Tried calling front desk but got sent to a full voicemail for emergency after hours. They did call back and say they would check the property for the man. It scared my wife. 6. Bathroom had filth on the walls behind the door and the shower curtain was nasty. 7. Rooms are not very sound proof as I heard the road traffic and a whining dog next door all night. 8. Shower is tiny and water pressure is terrible. 9. Tried to check out and the lobby doors were locked at 9:30am with no staff in site. Showed up after I logged onto the app and checked out that way. I WILL NOT use this franchise again. This is is an unacceptable way to operate a business. I don't expect 5 star or anything but I cannot tolerate the lack of professionalism. "

"Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Our issue was the noise from other guests due to thin walls. There was a guest above us that walked his dog on and off all night. So lots of footsteps and banging of doors. Literally kept us up all night. Our advice is to get a room on the 2nd floor. "

"Friendly welcome and nice room. Everything was super clean and the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I had requested a pack and play to be set up in the room prior to arrival and it was not set up. We ended up having to ask several times for it (not ideal when trying to have a baby nap on time) and when it came there was no mattress, just a rock hard board for the baby to sleep on. Besides this issue, we enjoyed our stay."
