Cons: Cleanliness of rooms with all functioning utilities/furniture. Hotel knowledge to guests regarding their stay upon check in.
After check in, I tried to connect to the wifi. It locked up my phone, and there was not a password written on the envelope your key cards come in. The hotel usually provides that. I went to call the front desk, no phone in the room?? The next morning I went to take a shower, the shower was broke. the switch was stuck between tub and shower so I got a trickle from the shower head. Lastly, wanted to iron my clothes to meet family for breakfast, found the iron but no ironing board. The overall cleanliness was ok but needs much improvement. Some needed furniture replacement is also recommended. I was very disappointed as I booked this room well in advance and expect the room to be clean, and functioning when I arrive. I stayed 3 nights but requested to be moved to another room after the first night and I was. The second room was better functioning however, overall appearance and condition needs a lot of improvement.

Cons: The cleanliness of the room and it was in need of repair.
Location: Location is great and close to everything
The manager Sarah and the young lady at the desk were outstanding. They went above and beyond their jobs to accommodate our needs.

The beadspread cover was clearly filthy dirty and disgusting. I didn’t want it touching me at all. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The odor from the opposite side would come through the kitchen area when someone smoked . Made me gag.

I cannot recommend this hotel

Pros: Close proximity to the airport
Cons: General presence and value.
Location: Outlet mall and convention center nearby
Bad smell of mold and cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room. Loud hallway traffic and barking dogs. The room had several dirty spots where you could tell it was only lightly cleaned. The breakfast was a joke and the kitchen contain no pots, pans or utensils. I am sorry, but there is nothing I can recommend from this hotel.

Close to my office

The first night I stayed here my room was disgusting! I went to the front desk gentleman (Richard) I think and explained my displeasure. He said he would take care of it and move me. He did just that. My room is excellent. Clean, comfortable and exactly what I paid for. Thank you to Richard for rectifying the situation. I am pleased

Stay somewhere else

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Clean it up.
Location: Tanger outlet mall is next door which is very nice.
I should have read more of the reviews before I booked this hotel but I didn't and I regret it now. This hotel is dated. The outside looks really nice but once you get there, it's anything but nice. It's dirty and dated. Our TV did not have a remote control to it and when I asked the hotel staff about it, she gave me one to use. That one wouldn't work so my husband took it back and was told someone would bring us one later. That never happened. I know this part they can't control but in the evenings the young kids will rev their car engines at 2:30 in the morning and then drag race. The bed is pushed up against a wall which makes it very difficult for the person who is in bed on the wall side to get out of bed. The water taste nasty too. I will pay more money to stay somewhere nicer than this going forward.

I think people live there!

Small check in area, when you go around the hotel it looks like people actually live there. Chairs on their porch??? Would not stay again. Creepy lady with track suit and socks, stayed at corner of hotel for at least 2 hours playing on her cell phone.

Roaches, Mold, smoke smell was sickening. Staff was unprofessional. I asked for my money back within the first 15 minuets.
