Convenient, newly renovated hotel in Charleston

Hotel is beautifully renovated and very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Process for checking in and checking out was fast and efficient. Location is convenient to the airport and Amtrak, and about a 15-to-20-minute drive to downtown Charleston.

Good night before the airport

Nice, clean hotel and rooms. A bit small, but not bad. Great room service. I do wish they could figure out how to make HVAC units less noisy though.

Bad managment, bad experience unhappy customer

I checked in around 5 pm , trying to take shower after tiring log trip , I took shower , trying to shave my face the sink was clogged up, it was flooding , I let the frond rest immediately, they said they re going to send someone to fix it , then I went out for dinner , I came back after 3 hours I find out that no one did , so I want to sleep , I couldn't the Airconditiong was not cooling , I couldn't fall asleep , I had to wake up at 4 am in the morning and go to talk to the front desk , he offered me another room , but offended me another room, bit because of my kids were sleeping and I had too much staffs , me and my wife decide to stay in the room because I we were going to check out st 8 am, we can live with it for couple of hours , what make me mad is before I checked out , I let the friend desk about what happened and I asked them to talk to the managment , when the manger came to talk to me , I explained to her my experience , but she didn't offer me anything at least to make me feel good after bad experience , she said I'm sorry , and then she left , I will never stay in this hotel no more , I'm so angry ,

Beautiful hotel, close to everything

Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff did any and everything to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

You WON'T be disappointed!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The model feel is exactly what I look for in a hotel. It was surprisingly a convenient location at a good price point in comparison to historic Charleston prices. I'd definitely use this hotel again during my next visit to Charleston!
