Small Town, Big Hotel

From check in to departure, this property was perfect! The staff anticipates all your needs. Very clean and convenient to restaurants, entertainment and a beautiful river.

I returned to Hamilton for a family funeral and opted to stay at the Courtyard Marriott. Wow! Great location overlooking the beautiful river and bridge. Room smelled ultra fresh. Very helpful staff. Heated salt water indoor pool was a treat on the 2 degree day. Right next to the outdoor amphitheater and brew house, river walking trail, Fitton Art Center and downtown shops are a stroll away. My former industrial hometown is reinventing itself and this hotel is at the heart of it all.

A lovely spot in central Hamilton.

This is a comfortable, well-appointed hotel in a great location. From here, you can easily walk around downtown Hamilton, stroll along -- or cross -- the river, etc. The Municipal Brew Works just across the street is a huge bonus. That my room came with earplugs was a thoughtful, necessary touch, however, as the walls were so thin that I could hear every word of my neighbors' conversation, and they weren't exactly loud.

Ok place for a visit to miamiOh

Pros: Clean, not crowded.
Cons: Have more amenities, coffee, staff could be more present.
Location: Not much, quiet town, however, convenient for a visit to MiamiOh to visit the kids.
Was clean, ok priced, BUT, you can't get a cup of coffee after 10am! You're a hotel! Have coffee and water available.

Uncomfortable Mattress

One of the beds was sunken in the middle. Woke up with a back ache.

Clean room undercover

The people were friendly, and courteous. The rooms could have been cleaner. For example I request for my room to be cleaned, and all I got was the cleaning person go to my room and fix my bed. The toilet paper holder looks like it was not dusted in a while. While looking for my shoe I happened to look under the bed and found other items under the bed. Which leads me to believe if they even vacuum the rooms after someone stays in it or do they just swept it under the rug. My parents were in the room next to me and my mother explained to me that she found cigarette butts in her room next to a chair plain as day. They cleaned her room and it was still there when she returned back to her room. It just makes me think that when you ask for your room to get cleaned the only thing you get is your bed made. At check out made them (hotel) aware of the situation they apologized and offered us a Coke for the road . Really? Was she serious? After I spent $500.00 with no complimentary nothing. I don't think I will be returning to any courtyard mariott again.
