The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was smooth, hotel rooms were clean. Our only complaint was the pool was closed upon arrival and we were not told about that in advance.

The stay was ok. Everything was nice & clean. Excellent service at the front desk at check in time. The only complaint is the room I was in I could hear a lot of noise like a furnace or machine kept going on and off, so I didn’t sleep well. I probably would stay again because I never experienced that at other Hamptons and hopefully it won’t happen again.

The room was very old and rundown. It smelled and the door was stuck shut or stuck to open.

The only thing I was not happy with was the pool was out of control had a beat a bunch of kids, jumping in the hot tub and the pool when you said something to the staff, they did nothing about it

Our stay was about average. The air conitioner was extrmely loud and kept waking me up. I couldn't easily get the window shades down to block out the light. The facility appeared to be one of the older Hampton Inns. We have stayed at many of them over the years and this one appeared to be quite old.

Room 247 has a slow sink drain that backs up and the a/c fan sounds like a barring going out as when kicks sound like metal hitting against metal. Other than these two items, great stay.

Friendly staff at the front desk. The breakfast area looks clean and spacious.

Staff helped us get settled. Amazing breakfast! Help loading car! My husband had surgery on Friday 9/14!
We only stay at Hamptons!!!

Staff was non friendly at check in. Building old, needs updated. No ESPN, Big TenNetwork or national networks. TV channels extremely limited. Had fire alarm go off at 9:00 pm. Staff never once came outside to advise. Fire Dept finally said we could go back in. Left a day early. Extremely disappointed in experience. Will not go back.

The closed shopping mall and abandoned parking garage across the street does not look safe.
