Great views of Pikes Peak but wasn’t aware of the parking charge per day which should have been included with my Expedia purchase

This was my 3rd time staying at this property and I love it. The staff is great and I love the dining/bar area. My only gripe is the $10/day parking they recently implemented. But the parking fee will not stop me from staying at the property in the near future. I can't wait to visit in the spring/summer 2024 and sit outside near the pool area. Fantastic view of the mountain range.

After parking in the spacious parking lot I was irritated by the $10/day parking fee. There was no signage to easily navigate the convoluted driveway. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The layout of the shower and sink was very weird and difficult to move around. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and gracious.
Next time I’m in Colorado Springs I will stay elsewhere.

Just a lovely surprise. We had not stayed here before and I really did not do much looking at the property as it was simply chosen as a one night option for a late airline arrival. We would be getting on the road early the next morning. They were out of King rooms so upgraded to a hospitality suite. That alone was a nice gesture. When we saw the room we were amazed at the space and comfort. When we woke up we were so impressed with our view of Pike Peak. Had a great breakfast before getting on the road. My absolute favorite thing was the fact they had 4 hiking options right from their back door. It is one we will return to.
