Very quiet and comfortable.

Pros: All the facilities.
Cons: Upgrade appliances and room appearances.
Location: It is very close to downtown and all the sites.
I was very pleased to have a mii apartment facilitated with all that I needed, I have a strict diet so the kichenette really helped me to survive during my stay. Thank you!

Very comfortable.

Pros: It had the kitchette.
Cons: Maybe upgrading rooms a bit.
Location: Central to downtown and other sites.
It was verry nice. I had a lot of privacy and was able to get a great deal of business accompliched during my stay. Thank you!

Nice extended stay hotel

Pros: Kitchen even though its very minimal
Cons: clean AC filter, faster WIFI
After reading all the reviews I was concerned about staying at this hotel. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the room was clean and better than what could be expected for the price point. Front desk staff was helpful. Sure, you have to go down and get clean towels and pick up all the kitchen utensils. I had to go out and buy a sharp knife and potato peeler but no big deal. And the breakfast was just coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, muffins and granola bars but again what can you expect for the price. And yes internet is a bit slow just like most all hotels. Overall we found this hotel to be excellent for an extended stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Clean room

Clean room and easy access to the highway. No problems with my room. Good for an overnight stay.

Ok hotel. Close to walking trails

Staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchenette not stocked; no hair dryer. Condition of the linens dissppointing; worn with burn holes in both blanket and spread. Bureau drawers needed vacuuming; did not unpack my clothes.

Good, but we checked in late and didn't stop to realize there are no silverware, coffee pot, hair dryer, etc in the room when you check in. Why have a kitchen? Major inconvenience!!!! Will not stay there again.

Horrible customer service and room

Well first off, the ironing board in the room was destroyed as though someone set it up and jumped on top of it. The room had less then a 1/4 a roll of toilet paper and when I went to the front desk to ask them if they had any they said, "No we don't have any and we don't know when we are going to get some." I was like, are you kidding me, she was like, "We may need to make a trip to get some but I don't know when". It was ludicris to hear her say that and not even try to make accommodations or apologize for it. Then another time in the morning this same woman posted a sign at the front saying be back in 10 mins and I waited 30 minutes along with 6 other people behind me. The room bed comforter also had a big cigarette hole which burned all the way through the comforter and no "do do not disturb sign" or toiletries. No wonder it had a deep discount, I do not recommend it after all those problems and horrible service.
