Great place, close to Ikea

Could not ask for more for the money. The only thing missing was breakfast, they are behind the times as most offer free breakfast. Super clean very nice place.

There were leaves in the pool and gravel on the bottom...and it's an indoor pool. At 2:00/2:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off, the fire trucks showed up, we weren't evacuated. The alarms went off again about 15 or so minutes later, more trucks, still not evacuated. Called the front desk and was told "oh it was someone cooking it happens all the time" I was not happy. When I checked out, I asked about it again and was told the same thing. Didn't apologize, not offered any compensation for being woken up twice in the middle of the night. I understand it's a hotel for people who will be staying extended periods and will be cooking. But at 2 in the morning that's a little questionable. Wouldn't go back just due to those circumstances. I've stayed at other suites/hotels that have stoves and what not for cooking, never had this happen. And if it happens so often the front desk people are like "whatever" maybe they should look into why it's happening so often.

Our staff contacted the 2 rooms when the alarms went off and we silenced them as quick as we could once confirmed that there was no fire, but due to large amounts of smoke from cooking. While we do experience fire alarms more than a hotel without cooktops, it is not something that is overly abundant. Our hotel policy is not to evacuate the building unless a fire is actually discovered. We do all we can to ensure all guests have a safe stay with us. Great room great location great comfort. I would recommend and return when I am in the area. Close to restaurants and shopping center. Even if you don't have a car.

Clean and a good deal.

Very friendly staff. Lots of items available in the little store attached, all goods are very reasonably priced. Good choice of free movies at the front desk. Would be nice if the rooms were cleaned during the stay

Pick another hotel #candlewoodsuitespolaris--gross

We checked into our room on Friday afternoon and were given room 410. We entered a blind drawn room, with a slight odor coming out of room only to walk into a room that someone had recently slept in. There was a used towel in the bathroom along with a razor and toilet seat up and a pube on the bowl--gross. We were then given room 418. Fine enough but on the evening of the first night the air conditioner was broken for the rest of our stay until we left on Monday. Therefore, that is my rating is the lowest score possible. Thanks

Excellent location

We had a delightful 3 night stay at this accommodation. A newer build, the room was clean with all the expected amenities. Full size refrigerator and kitchenette, plus an area to sign out additional items like crockpots was located in the lobby. We selected DVDs from the front desk to watch on the nights we stayed in. Lovely service, excellent location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Was overall satisfied. Also its getting harder to find a good hotel with smoking rooms, happy to find this one.

Convenient and clean hotel

We stayed for a weekend while we were in Ohio visiting friends. The hotel was nice and great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and had a full kitchen.
