Good stay. Parking is a bit tight but other than that everything else is great.

Very uncomfortable and dirty

It starts off with parking spots that are way too small then you have a bathroom that you have no room in. Next, the room was dusty and the bath tub had at least 10 hairs in it along with some on the toilet and in the sink. The ladies on staff were friendly and apologetic but had different men hanging out at the front desk almost every time I went by. Or was outside smoking with them. I would never stay there again.

The staff was super helpful and nice. Check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again

The hotel needed maintenance. The outside door security swipes didn't work on the side entrances. There was a meager continental breakfast served each morning. The coffee was good! The clerks office closed each night but the clerk was onsite for any issues. The clerks were very helpful. Access to the hotel was odd and hard to get to. Security was onsite at night due to the area.

No Smoking?

Just outside the lobby people smoking under the no smoking sign, drifts right into the front desk area.

Okay hotel in abandoned neighborhood

I've stayed at other Extended Stay America facilities and they are definitely not the highest quality but usually it's a comfortable experience and one I would repeat. This ESA was pretty typical, with one big added problem- it was located in a neighborhood that was mostly full of empty hotels, businesses and other facilities. I would never stay here again because it was unsettling to be in an area that felt empty. There simply wasn't much close by and it felt weird and slightly unsafe. In addition, despite being a non-smoking facility, there were clearly guests smoking in their rooms. Fortunately, I never smelled the smoke from inside my room; however, every time I walked down the hall I would smell the foul smoke. Many of the rooms also had dogs that would make more noise than I'd like. Finally, the staff was generally friendly and helpful but one issue really bothered me. There was an armed security guard present at the front desk when I arrived, which I understand was the case because they felt it was necessary for safety, but it made me feel uncomfortable staying in a place that required that kind of protection. Also, this security guard was outside at one point smoking directly in front of the "no smoking" sign.

Excellent Staff

Pros: Coffee available in the lobby in the morning was my saving grace!!
Cons: Offer coffee maker in the room without asking for it. I didn't notice that it wasn't there until the next morning when I was ready to make coffee.
Location: Easy access to 71 and many other routes nearby.
Very pleasant, staff was outstanding. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in. Easy access to 71 and other routes in the area. Would stay again.

Checked in and right back out the same day because I was not notified that they were renovating rooms. It spread a horrible toxic smell throughout the entire hotel that I could not stay there. Front desk was nice and welcoming. (It's not their fault that work had to be done but I'm really questioning the owner and managers of the hotelchain about this issue) I would still not recommend staying here though. The room was OK on cleanliness. I found a plastic bag just lying in the room.. makes me question how clean everything else is. Nobody should have to stay at a hotel that is just ok on cleanliness and has an awful toxic paint smell.

Nice place to stay

Hotel is clean, quiet and well maintained. Comfortable place to stay. Only complaint is that the breakfast provided is "grab and go", and it would have been better if that had been noted on their Expedia listing.

Upon checking in went up to the room and my wife noticed the bed had been turned downhalf way. We called the desk and the manager came up with a key for another room which was perfect. She was very friendly, apologetic and professional. Would definitely stay there again.
